We set up a time on the spot and she gave us access to a secure portal where we could upload all of our documents in advance of our meeting. I really prefer that method, and it made our meeting go quickly and efficiently. In person, she is extremely pleasant to work with. She addressed any questions we had and did some rough calculations on the spot to estimate our tax liability...which put my wife and I very much at ease. On our short drive home, she had already emailed us some additional thoughts about our taxes; a rare level of service to get during tax season.
