I truly have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to bookkeeping, and after running my business for the last two years I had created an incredible mess. I brought everything over to Misty and within three visits she had me more or less straightened out. I just met with her today and I was taken aback at how organized everything was. Her attention to detail and knowledge is impressive. More than just a fantastic bookkeeper, Misty is also a lot of fun. Strangely, I find myself looking forward to our bookkeeping meetings. I'm so grateful that I was referred to her, and if you're in the Santa Rosa area and need a bookkeeper...look no further. You likely won't find one better.

She's not just good with "the books," she's good at being just the right amount of suspicious, cautious, questioning activities she is not sure about, and alerting me as the owner so I can look into it. She's helped me be a better business person as I am encouraged to ask questions, to take on the tasks I can and let her manage the ones she takes care of so well, leaving me to do all the other business concerns without concern for the books!

This is the first time in my life that I have been positely THRILLED by the service that I received…read morefrom a Tax Preparation Service! My lifelong experience with tax services is that they bring you in at a price that you find mildly affordable and then that rate that gets jacked up year after year until you are so mad that you look elsewhere. That was precisely my experience with my last tax service, Haley's Tax Service. In this year's search for a new tax preparation service, I happened upon Hitroff Consulting. I was very please with the price I was given to do my 2022 taxes. That was followed up by my ability to enter my tax documents on Hitroff's portal. When I had questions or difficulty entering something, I just emailed Dawn Graves and she walked me through whatever it was I needed at the time. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. It's not even the end of February yet and I have already received both my State and Federal refunds! I whole heartedly recommend Hitroff Consulting for easy, smooth and most importantly Affordable tax preparation. Jennifer Sheets Cotati, California
