The team is very polite and considerate when in and outside your home making sure when they leave everything is neat and clean. I have had them replace windows, replace stairs, build decks and do interior painting. I would highly recommend this business for your project needs with reasonable pricing.

I had no idea real recommendations about a painter so I did a Yelp search and found this company. Though at the time there were no reviews I thought everyone had to start some where. I reached out to the owner Nick via email and we set up for him to look at the job. I ended up being out of town when he came to do my estimate so a local firefighter friend met with him for me and he found he had done work for some local people he knew and he inquired and they also recommended him. Since it was already late in the year (2019) we arranged for the work to do be done in late April 2020 once the snow was gone and weather warmed up. Then disaster hit, unfortunately a pandemic struck and no one was allowed to travel, work, etc. As things were lighting up towards the end of the year we came up with a time that it would be done. Now we had to deal with New England weather changing to fast so we postponed it once again to the beginning of April 2021. We were all set to do it April 17th and once again New England/New Hampshire weather was not cooperating (go figure) as we got a snow storm, two weeks after Easter (what gives). Nick finally was able to get a break in the weather for April 24th to get the job done. Though the circumstances of the job being postponed time after time by no fault of Nick's or mine he still honored the original estimate. The job looks great and was very reasonably priced. I would use again and actually may have a project down the road for him.

See below for details. 1. Rick came to my house and got a good look at the scope of the work. I gave him open access to walk around and size up the job. He bid it, then later claimed I changed the scope of the work and tried increasing his bill roughly 25% higher upon finishing the rough paint work (phase 1 in his words). In fact, I greatly reduced the scope of work releasing him from priming, caulking trim and more. 2. Rick also aggressively pushed me to pay the entire bill with 25% increase upon finishing phase 1 of the work. 3. Upon starting the job Rick angrily told me he needed a check for materials that day. This was not in the contract. He was quite nasty over this. 4. Upon asking him to finish, Rick only offered one day over 2 weeks to finish the job. The day offered was too far out and more importantly, to finish the job properly would require at least 2 days. So I told him I'd finish it myself. 5. Upon telling him I'd finish it myself, he then slapped me a threat of a Mechanic's lien saying I owed him $595.00 dollars. A completely arbitrary number that he made up. 6. From Rick's crew, there are multiple paint stains of differing colors on my brand new deck. He refused to come back and remove the paint or replace the boards. Trying to get him to resolve this is why I wasn't paying him anything after phase 1.
