He is always one step ahead of me when it comes to scheduling, thoroughness, and responsiveness. My husband and I run an airbnb over an hour and a half away from where we live and some renters have put us in pinches where they've sunk kayaks and we had new renters checking in the following day! Ryan volunteered to go and cover us to save my husband and I 4 hours of driving and headache to replace it all while he made a stop at our place for mowing that day. He consistently goes above and beyond and we trust him whole heartedly. Would 1000000% recommend using him. You won't get better professionalism, timeliness, or quality, anywhere else!

I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because, unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older, and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. Jef listened to my concerns, provided me with different ideas, and made an appointment with me that was convenient to my schedule. I met with Jeff at my home a few days later. He came prepared with samples, options, and a trustworthy demeanor. He sat down with me for over an hour and a half, answering all my questions. He never made me feel rushed, nor did he pressure me in any way to purchase from him. He provided me with a detailed quote of what I decided would work best for my needs. He even advised that his quote would be good for one year and to take my time in deciding if I wanted to move forward. Jeff made me feel confident in his product and installers. My wife and I decided to move forward based on his presentation and confidence in his product. He advised that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the production process. 6 weeks later, he called me to advise that everything had arrived and promptly scheduled an appointment for installation again on a day, which was convenient for us. The installation took one day, and the finished product looks beautiful. My wife and I are enjoying our new shower. We feel much safer now that we can easily walk in and out without concern of slipping and falling. I highly recommend Jeff if you are considering any bathroom remodeling. He is honest and reliable, keeps you updated, and makes sure you are happy after installation. Give Cloud Nine Tubs a call if you're thinking of a new shower. You won't regret it. Thank you, Jeff, for making this investment a pleasant and fun experience. You and your crew installed a beautiful product that I'm confident will last my lifetime.
