Everything was super good! Fries tasted just right and weren't over done. I loved the pizza, the downside was the plain pizza was the cheapest. And I think $4 for each addition topping you want is a bit ridiculous. But overall our group enjoyed everything and we're able to eat everything except one slice of pizza before we left. I passed like 8 pizza places walking down the OC Boardwalk and couldn't take it anymore I had to stop and get a slice. The lack of a line should have been my 1st hint, but I saw this nice old Italian guy tossing pizza dough in the air so I stopped. $7.50 for a slice of pepperoni and a medium Pepsi. Ok they have to make a profit in only a couple of months but WTF. Slice was smaller than every other place I passed, tasted old and over cooked. It was ok. Nothing to write home about and nothing to get bent out of shape over. If you're on the Boardwalk in Ocean City and you want to grab a slice, this will do. I asked for my slice to be extra crispy as I could tell that the pies on display looked a bit under cooked and I was looking to avoid a poor outcome. With the extra time in the oven, the crust was well done but not extraordinary in the flavor department. The sauce was a bit "sweet" in a similar fashion to other Shore pizza and the cheese was actually the best part. The cheese had just the right amount oil and was was nicely cooked. There wasn't a big crowd or a line into the place so the wait time was not a factor. Initially I had hoped to get a Sicilian, but there were only a couple left and they did not look very appetizing; kind of like they were sitting there for quite a while. Was easily seated on 4th of July weekend---all other pizza establishments were out the door busy. This should of been my first clue. I ordered a veggie slice of pizza and my husband 2 grilled hot dogs. My pizza slice arrived lukewarm--looked like it had been sitting on the counter and insufficiently reheated. My husbands hot dogs were average.Overall experience--low quality food. We won't be back. Learned our lesson. read more

I cannot tell you how disappointed I was eating here. I had an $11 chicken cheese steak wrap that had more wrap than chicken and the grilled onions were barely grilled. It was the worst one I've ever had and honestly it was a disgrace! On the menu it said it came with fries, which would have been a nice addition except for the fact that I could literally count on my fingers how many soggy greasy fries there were. It was unexceptionable. That meal was worth $3 and that's being nice about it. I have never written a bad review until now because that is how awful my experience was. Don't go there. There are so many more places on the boardwalk that will actually give you a decent meal. The only decent thing they have there are their waitresses and decorations. Best pizza "down the shore" and the only pizza joint we go to when in Ocean City. The owner is friendly and the staff is competent and quick. Had a cheesesteak on my last visit and was very impressed with that as well. Overall they do a very nice job in my book and make a damn good pizza. read more

Won't go back. We tried this place last time we were in ocean city a couple years ago and I liked it. Tonight was our last night on the boardwalk so wanted to run by there to grab a slice. The pizza was ok but considering I am usually easily grossed out I am surprised I still ate it. The older man who took my order grab the slice with his bare hands to put it in the oven to warm. No biggie BUT he then decided to rub the backs of his ears and didn't wash his hands before grabbing the space out the oven with his his hands didn't see which one but he didn't have a pizza paddle in his hand so I am hoping he at least used the one without the ear jam. It is my own fault for not speaking up. I should have refused it cuz that is just unclean way to serve food. Hope this guy was just a temp fill in cuz if more customers saw that, Lisa pizza would go out of business. Bummer cuz was good couple years back. read more

Scrawny cheese steaks, doughy stromboli and high-cost soda are what we received. The price was $43 for three people. The veggie Stromboli hardly had any vegetables but was loaded with mozzarella and unbaked dough. The cheese steaks came in a nice roll but only had about a dollar's worth of meat. read more

For me, Pisa Pizza represents all the best things about Ocean City. The decor has not changed in decades, the staff is always friendly, and most important the food is traditional and TASTY! This pizza place is alright. Still better than Manco and Manco... The regular sliced lacks flavor, and has very little sauce and very little cheese. A good cheese slice needs at least a good amount of one of these ingredients. The chicken on the Buffalo chicken slice was flavorful, moist, and crispy - But the buffalo sauce overpowered the pizza. I like hot food, but there was not a correct balance of flavor in the slice Like other places buffalo slice. In addition, $5 is a lot for specialty slice. I must say, the lemonade was delightful. Dear Mr. Pisa, my friends and I were enjoying our night out on the boardwalk and we stoped at your restaurant only to be greatly disappointed. I ordered a salad in which the lettuce was not washed or just rotted. My other friend got macaroni bites which were from a frozen bag. The other two friends just got plain slices of pizza and our total was $51.19! We were shocked by the low-quality food and the high prices! Stopped here for a quick bite with my wife and our 3 year old son. They both have celiacs so we were drawn in by Pisa's gluten free pizza option. Grabbed a booth in the back, table and benches were relatively clean as was the decor. I ordered two slices - one plain cheese and one tomato pie. She ordered a gluten free pizza - half cheese and half pepper & onion. We ordered a garden salad to share and a round of waters for the table. To start, the salad was awful. It was a pile of romaine with some sliced, under ripe (pink, not red) tomatoes, a pile of raw onion and PICKLED red and green peppers. Yes, pickled peppers, not fresh peppers as one might expect from a garden salad. My pizza was average at best. The plain slice was ok (not great), but tasted like it had been sitting for a long time before being reheated. The tomato pie slice was akin to a piece of thick white bread with a hearty tomato sauce on top. Not crunch to the crust at all. The gluten free pie, which are never great, was loaded with raw onion and again - PICKLED PEPPERS! Dude, who puts pickled peppers on a pizza? Needless to day, it tasted awful The crust was like eating an oversized saltine cracker. The kicker? It cost $34. Yes, $34 for 2 slices and a frozen GF pizza. Fully agree with Timothy D! Place is dirty (OK it is the boardwalk so a pass on that). Food was a 2 on a scale of 10. Prices ridiculous for the quality. You expect to pay more at the beach and on the boardwalk but this was a total hose down. Never again. Walk a few blocks south and go to 3 Brothers. Awesome pizza, awesome other food, and nice people. The final blow at this rip joint was the typical Philly/Jersey shore attitude of the punk at the register. Lesson learned Pisa pizza is off the list. read more
