Good friendly service, a clean restaurant and good food, what more can you ask for. The prices are also reasonable, glad I stopped in for lunch.

Busy place!!! We decided to give it a try after reading other reviews. We ordered take out and the wait was 25 mins for that. We are visiting on vacation so first time here. We ordered the Margherita pizza and the Grec salad. It was good we liked it! The restaurant was busy and had a separate entrance for take out. We didn't really look around the inside. I would recommend this place!

Best pizza in the land! We started with the Caesar salad which was terrific and on point. We went in on three pizzas which was more than the six of us needed! The Da Dorothy' the fashionista and the bambini. All were unique and superb! I super enjoyed the Bambini! White pizza with sausage. This is a must top in Sedona!

This spot is located on a small plaza with a good amount of parking. They have a bar area as well as indoor and outdoor seating. There's plenty of tables but it gets busy. Our server was kind. It was busy though and so we actually had to wait around 45 minutes for our pizza to come out. All their pizzas are the thin crust. I shared the margarita and bambini. We added the hot honey on top of the bambini which really added to the flavor. The margarita was good, but I wish they added more basil. I noticed the margarita was extra thin in the middle so everything kept flopping off. Was super flimsy. Also tried their mini tiramisu. It was delicious. Perfect about of sweet.

When I say this pizza tastes just like Italy I mean it! We've followed Chef Lisa Dahl for many years and are delighted that this place is still thriving! Whether it's red or white pizza you are craving, Pisa Lisa has the variety you seek in gourmet pizza.

We came here around 7:45 PM on a Wednesday evening. When we arrived, they told us they were no longer putting people on the waitlist to be seated, even though they close at 9 PM. A gentleman who was waiting actually decided to get his pizza to go and offered to let us take his spot, but the staff refused to allow that. The employee helping everyone was kind, but seemed a bit overwhelmed and was taking orders somewhat randomly rather than in the order people arrived. Now for the food -- the toppings were delicious. *Au Sauvage pizza: the toppings were phenomenal and very well seasoned, but the crust itself was pretty soggy. It's not really a thin, crispy New York-style slice. There was also quite a bit of crust, but the flavor of the toppings really stood out, and it wasn't overly greasy. Since it was close to our Airbnb, my friend decided to call in another pizza order to go on Thursday around 4 PM. We arrived about 10 minutes after placing the order, but they hadn't even started making it yet. Overall, I'd rate the pizza a 6/10, but the service unfortunately was closer to a 2/10. Between the waitlist situation and the disorganization with orders, the experience was frustrating. There are definitely better local spots in the area.

    The BEST sparkling water ever!!!!

Pisa Lisa is a pizz'a heaven!!!! :) This place is soooo charming with all the cute Christmas decor that reminds me of fun Christmas pop-up bars!! Even the restrooms have Christmas touches added!!! We came here for dinner after a lackluster meal earlier in the day, and Pisa Lisa completely wowed us!!! The service, the food, and the charming ambience; we decided this is our Sedona spot!!! Here's what we got and what I highly recommend you get as well: 1. Purely Sedona sparkling water - I never thought I would be one to rave about sparkling water but WOW! The carbonation is perfect and the water comes from Oak Creek Canyon! (Yep, I just yelped about sparkling water....haha)! 2. The Au Savage (savory and a spicy kick to it) and Pasionista (sweet from the fig jam and topped with arugula) pizzas! The menu has red and white pizzas separated so we took a pick at one red and one white! Both pizzas were delicious and the toppings all paired well together! Each pizza is 14 inches with 8 slices! Come hungry! 3. Dessert! They have a gelato bar with a rotation of flavors and a dessert bar with sweets like pistachio panna cotta and tiramisu. The husband opted for tiramisu and I opted for gelato! Perfect way to end the meal!!! 4. Italian soda - strawberry! Ordered this flavor at our server's recommendation and it was perfect! Not too sweet and creamy! They have a variety of flavors so have your pick! Service was absolutely splendid!!! Our server was a delight and exemplified awesome customer service skills! Actually, all the employees there are friendly and ones who take pride in their jobs!! My husband noticed how one bartender noticed a sign wasn't working while passing by it and stopped to fix it. Other employees always smiled when passing by our table and with the cute Christmas decor and good food, I felt like we were in just the right place for dinner!! I cannot wait to go back to Pisa Lisa who has a pizz'a my heart now!!! I got a Pisa Lisa t-shirt too!!! I am a fan!!! ;)

Pisa Lisa is THE SPOT in Sedona for your Pizza fix. I literally dream about their pizza all the time and was so happy to drive 4.5 hours just to fill my belly! This is our second time visiting during the Winter/Christmas time, and they never disappoint! We like to start with their Bruschetta Trio, all three are AMAZING, which also provides a different umami flavor to it. The trio consists of a traditional tomato basil (all-time favorite and just melts in your mouth), olive tapenade with chevre and pine nut, and artichoke truffle parmesan. My wife normally doesn't eat olives due to the taste; however, for this bruschetta, she devoured it without sharing. For our main course, we had the margarita and the au sauvage pizza. Great classic and a meat lover's dish that is not overly salty. These two pizzas are the ones I dream about and what keep me coming back to Sedona to satisfy my cravings. Lastly, for dessert, after that 4.5-hour drive. We needed a pick-me-up, and the Affogato was amazing with the Vanilla ice cream. The strong espresso poured on top of the ice cream is visually pleasing and tasty. Together, it was a great palate cleanser. I would not suggest this dish at night, especially if you are caffeine-sensitive, as this got me wide awake in the afternoon. Pisa Lisa never disappoints and will always be our MUST every time we visit Sedona!

    Passionista

Arrived around 4:15 and there was about 20 mins wait. It small inside so just a heads up might be rough for big groups 4+ with wait times. Ordered the Passionista it was amazing! Exactly what I thought when I read the ingredients. My finance got Au Savage and thought it was good. Pizza only comes in one size and it is probably sufficient for 1-2 people (although my fiancé ate all of his lol). 3% fee on your meal no matter what. Also.. it was noticed that the servers wore black gloves which I assumed was for food handling however, it was cringy to see they touch EVERYTHING with the gloves on.. (plates, payout machines, menus, tables etc)almost rather them not wear gloves.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to visit Pisa Lisa! Now I want to go only there whenever I want pizza. I'm serious! The service is amazing. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. It's a small place but it wasn't too loud. They have lots of wines, cocktails and beers to choose from, in addition to the food. The pizzas are all one size, and one serves two people easily! The primo portobello pizza was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. Huge chunks of shrooms, dripping with melted cheeses, and just enough kick from the ground red pepper to make it really interesting. Oh! Don't forget to ask for caramelized onions on it too. It's SO worth the $2.50 extra. They use balsamic vinegar- a taste you'll long to experience again. There's a private parking lot, and handicap parking and access. Cost is moderate... we were 2 people; our pizza was $22.50. Cost for pizza, 2 drinks, and tip was $50. I could keep on yapping about this amazing pizzeria - like their desserts and gelato - but I want to leave something for others to say. My suggestion: head to Pisa Lisa in Sedona and leave your own review! I know you'll be happy.

Cute and amazing pizza place. We stayed on the west side of Sedona and were passing by this spot daily to head into town so decided to check it out. They were hopping! We had to wait about it 30 minutes for a table. Once seated the experience was great. Staff was friendly and quick. Food came out on time and was delicious. Highly recommend--even with a wait, it's worth it.

Cute pizza spot around West Sedona. We came to finish off the World Series and there were plenty of TVs for it. We sat outside on the heated patio and had great service! The food was a delight. Started with the burrata which had delicious marinated veggies and grilled sourdough. The meatballs were tender and came with 6 in a serving. I enjoyed their version of a "garbage" salad (antipasto) and it was delicious and perfectly dressed. The pizza was thin and crispy with a solid undercarriage. Definitely will be back! A good place to hang and enjoy a bottle of wine and some good food

We wanted a quick pizza on a Monday night and while it wasn't quick, the meal was absolutely delicious. We arrived at 6pm and asked for a 3 person table, the wait time was 50+ minutes (granted, it is high season, October). We decided to place an online order for take out instead. We got two pizzas, one was meat and onions, the other was a white pie with mushrooms and onions. We also ordered the Mediterranean starter and the beet salad. I also picked up cake balls that turned out to be coconut balls (so yummy). While we waited I also indulged in the strawberry cheesecake gelato - the serving was huge and delicious. Super creamy and fruity. When our food was finally ready (over an hour) it was delicious. Overall, I'd say absolutely check this place out but be ready to wait during peak season regardless of day/time.

That size allows you to choose two flavors, so we had their Belgian Chocolate and Espresso Swirl. SO. INCREDIBLY. GOOD! Their ice cream is almost like a gelato because it was so lush and creamy and so flavorful without being overly sweet. It's not the kind of ice cream that has those little ice chip bits you get in every bite. Nope. This was just pure creamy bliss all throughout. Everything they had was homemade too--from cookies to brownies to pies, and of course their ice cream! They had coffee as well, so they truly have a lot to choose from when you stop by. The pie slice was warm and gooey, we had an epic scoop of the malted vanilla on top (pro move over the regular vanilla), caramel sauce and whipped cream. It was AMAZING. Seriously, like a big hug of nostalgia. When we went it was cash only, not sure if that's normal (presumably not since it was a hand written sign on the door). I ended up choosing the rocky road. It was good overall, with a generous amount of marshmallows and chopped almonds, but the texture was a bit too soft for my liking. The small bits of chopped almonds just added to my dissatisfaction of the texture. While the taste was enjoyable, it wasn't something I'd go out of my way to get again especially since I was treated rudely. Unfortunately, what really turned me off was the service. While I was waiting for my waffle cone, my son was trying a few flavors and really liked one with Butterfinger bits. He asked me to get a sample so I can try how good it is. The young woman helping us (with blondish-red hair) clearly noticed we had already ordered and responded with a rude, dismissive look. She handed me the sample and said, "I need to take care of these other customers," in a tone that made us feel like we were an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Sampling is a normal part of the experience at ice cream shops, and the interaction felt unwelcoming. Because of that experience, I didn't recommend this place to others in my group, and I wouldn't return. I would have been happier with a soft serve cone at the Sedona McDonald's!
