The receipt showed that the $8 was a tip that Desitin had added without my knowledge. I went back and comfronted him and told him I know what he did and I don't appreciate it and I would be letting managagement know, then walked away. He chased me down and handed me $10 and said he wanted to "makes things right", but then proceeded to gaslight me into thinking this was all my fault. He said I should be grateful that he didn't double charge me on the rental. What??? I have tried to contact management, but I guess they don't want anyone to send complaints. The two phone numbers I found and one email address are total dead ends.
