Mind you it's an $800 master case of the bags. Really couldn't believe after all I've spent here they wouldn't swap for me. Especially when I wound up with 3 gallons instead of 5 gallons because the employee working had convinced me I was looking for the wrong size bags. I guess I'm going to big daddy's from here on out. (laid back a bit) but i liked it, I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. one guy would try to help me, and he took off to go get answers, but would often not return, but it didnt bother me. they were busy, and i found him helping other people. Then i asked for help again, the person i asked, tried to help, but i could tell he really didnt know specifics enough to help me, but an unexpected employee "Matt" came in for a few minutes for whatever reason, and this guy asked Matt if he had time to help me. he was honest and said no, he was in a hurry and "it was his day off" He approached me im sure hoping he could answer my questions quickly and get going. He spent about 15 minutes with me. answered all my questions and really hit it out of the ball park. pros, epic staff great prices huge selection Cons for me they are about 50 miles away.
