We had to ask for our missing items about 5x, if not more. 2 of us got served most of their breakfast except the toast at the beginning. Then the pancakes arrived without the bacon. Then french toast without any syrup. Then the eggs and sausage for the french toast combo. And then the bacon never showed up. In the end we just asked for it to be put in a to-go container cause everyone had finished already. The chicken fried steak wasn't as good as black bear diner's. The gravy was ok, though a bit gritty. The eggs and hasbrowns were warm, and mostly cooked correctly. But they didn't get to eat their eggs with the toast, which was disappointing. The chocolate chip pancakes were a little too chocolatey, so my recc is to ask for no chocolate syrup on it (unless you like that). And the eggs that came with the combo french toast were disappointingly cold while the sausage was warm. It doesn't make sense when you have to wait for the item and they don't come out fresh and hot. All in all it was a bit of a disappointing 1st time experience. We may try again 1 more time, but REALLY hope management changes how they have the food delivery system. It really did not work at all.
