My wife and I went in and met with Emre, who was very knowledgable, low pressure and patient. This was my first substantial watch purchase and he was a great advisor. They had a nice pre-owned selection and I found 2023 watch I was looking for at a great price. He had the box and papers shipped next day air. Ashton, the delightful manager, explained the history of the Jack Sutton name (an institution in New Orleans since 1915!), and told me that the jewelry is hand made, custom, and 18-karat gold. I was able to select the size of the charm I was interested in, as well as the color of the gold, and to order a custom enhancer bail in place of the simple bail. The charm arrived, very carefully packed, by FedEx within a week and a half. The design is different from the many Aspen leaf designs I have seen over the past five years in Aspen, with sparkling gold texture and small diamonds (the photo below cannot capture its beauty). The entire process was a 10/10 from start to finish. Be sure to stop inside this shop if you are looking for original, exquisite jewelry at many price points.

I'm not sure if that was just because it was the holiday season, but they did not allow anyone in the store without being accompanied by an associate. Once I was paired, the associate gave me a complimentary cocktail and started sizing me for hats. I did feel she was a bit pushy, heavily suggesting certain colors even when I shared my own preferences. As I started on accessories, I did not feel like I was being shown all of the options and only those with a price tag over $1000 (on top of the price of the hat itself). I took it upon myself to search and find what I really liked, but the pushiness of the associate made the experience less enjoyable and rather stressful. Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I would recommend anyone coming in to come prepared with the style you want because the process can be overwhelming otherwise.
