My wife and I went in and met with Emre, who was very knowledgable, low pressure and patient. This was my first substantial watch purchase and he was a great advisor. They had a nice pre-owned selection and I found 2023 watch I was looking for at a great price. He had the box and papers shipped next day air. The older gentleman salesperson spent the entire time name dropping, up selling and essentially trying to guess our worth rather than listen to what we wanted him to show us. We listened painstakingly to him talk about 8 carat earrings (no I wasn't shopping for 8 carat earrings unfortunately)... and his relationship with Tom Brady. Seriously!?! What do my husband or I have anything to do with Tom Brady? We eventually walked out when we could. Luckily we had a fabulous experience at Lugano diamonds nearby - where the sales staff seem like they truly care and more importantly listened to what I was asking to try on. Their store and selections were far more inviting and impressive.

Not cool when you're renting gear and unknown things are bound to happen. Luckily, the bartender in the bar underneath the store was cool enough to return for me the next day, with a $30 dollar tip. What really takes off the star though is the pretentious and "too cool" vibe from the employees. Ain't nobody got time for that. Being kind and understanding is free.
