I do quite a bit of cakes, so I try to come here for my cake boxes and boards. Where the small/local businesses will charge me $1.25/cake box, Restaurant Depot essentially charges $.10/cake box. But, that means you have to buy a quantity of 100 to get that price. I also like to pick up spices, cannoli shells, dairy products (milk, heavy cream, mascarpone & cream cheese), and bakeware/utensils. I recently discovered that GFS also sells the 48 oz logs of Philadelphia cream cheese and they happen to about $.50-$1.00 cheaper than RD. GFS is closer to me than RD, so it was a great discovery for me to make. So I guess just keep in mind that they do sell products in bulk at a discount, but you might be able to find what you're looking for at GFS for the same or a better price. When you're in business, everything little bit makes a difference - from mileage to % of savings. They have pretty much anything you can think of. Packaging. Cleaning supplies. Produce. Ice cream. Bakeware. Cookware. Chef coats. Restaurant equipment. Seriously everything - except Sweetex. Disappointing. Whether your business is a Coney Island, Pizzeria, Bakery, or Breakfast spot - Restaurant Depot has you covered. Check them out!

I absolutely adored my ring and thought it looked beautiful. ...but it was way too big (not at all Tapper's fault, I thought I was a different size than I am). We took it back today to get resized and the woman was great with measuring my finger to get an accurate ring size. While there, she asked if we wanted the lifetime protection which we opted for. It includes damage, shipping, resizing, etc and because we bought it, our resizing was included. The store is beautiful, clean, and there are lots of goodies everywhere to enjoy while you shop. I also had to use the restroom while there and it smelled bizarrely good and was impeccably clean. Very conveniently located as well, right near eight mile in Novi. This is the second piece of jewelry my husband has bought for me from Tapper's and I'm very impressed!

Went in a couple times and the garbage at the front door was spilling over on the floor. Their produce leaves a lot to be desired, there is always bad produce and their stock rotation is very bad. I have called corporate several times, am always told there will be a follow up call, there never is. I was told I would get a $20 gift card, that was sent to my email, shocker, never got it even though they said it was sent. I keep my membership for convenience and we do have their credit card. However, it's time for renewal and may pass this time around. Do better BJs.

I tried to get glasses at this location and was unable to. The optometrist mentioned her staff had…read moreall called in sick and struggled with my right eye measurement eventually landing on a prescription. I chose my frames and came back when they were ready. I tried them on and mentioned blurry vision in my right eye. The tech said eyes work in pairs and said it was normal. I maintained that something was wrong. She suggested I talk to the optometrist which I agreed. The optometrist had gone home for the day. I then left without taking the glasses thinking it would be easier to process a return if I never accepted defective goods because technically they were already paid. I came back when the optometrist was available. She never checked my eyes and sent me back to the techs. After telling them my vision was still blurry in my right eye they suggested processing a return. While processing the return I found notes left by the original tech that weren't exactly accurate that didn't exactly describe me in a favorable light. Everyone I encountered seemed a bit overworked and unprofessional. At a different location I even witnessed a tech yell at a customer saying "you have to use your phone to check in dear! Phones... they really are the way of the future!" I was cordial, I never cut anyone off. I communicated what I was seeing. I was nothing but respectful the entire time. I decided on a complete return only after they suggested it. I will not be buying glasses from Costco in the future. It's clear they don't pay or appreciate their staff enough for them to care and get something done right.

I told Mel about it who apologized and said there was a manager with a red vest. Now Collin didn't appear to care about what I was saying. So, I may cancel this b/c I'm sick and tired of the "You don't belong out here" attitude that seems to exude from folks' pores. Whether I belong here or not, I've paid my membership fee and EXPECT common courtesy called customer service.
