I tried to get glasses at this location and was unable to. The optometrist mentioned her staff had…read moreall called in sick and struggled with my right eye measurement eventually landing on a prescription. I chose my frames and came back when they were ready. I tried them on and mentioned blurry vision in my right eye. The tech said eyes work in pairs and said it was normal. I maintained that something was wrong. She suggested I talk to the optometrist which I agreed. The optometrist had gone home for the day. I then left without taking the glasses thinking it would be easier to process a return if I never accepted defective goods because technically they were already paid. I came back when the optometrist was available. She never checked my eyes and sent me back to the techs. After telling them my vision was still blurry in my right eye they suggested processing a return. While processing the return I found notes left by the original tech that weren't exactly accurate that didn't exactly describe me in a favorable light. Everyone I encountered seemed a bit overworked and unprofessional. At a different location I even witnessed a tech yell at a customer saying "you have to use your phone to check in dear! Phones... they really are the way of the future!" I was cordial, I never cut anyone off. I communicated what I was seeing. I was nothing but respectful the entire time. I decided on a complete return only after they suggested it. I will not be buying glasses from Costco in the future. It's clear they don't pay or appreciate their staff enough for them to care and get something done right.

You know you're old when you get excited about going to a market…read more I'm going to start off strong and rate them a five but technically it's maybe a 4.5; wish that maybe was a little bit more helpful at least asking if there's anything that I need let me know type vibe - But it's also okay because it does go both ways and if I had a question I could have just asked to So I'm not downing the star. I don't know why I was so nervous when I went I didn't want to take any pictures - I didn't want to come off weird. But anyways I was so happy to go exploring; this will only be my second time going to an Asian market - this one compared to the previous one the smell wasn't so strong when you first came through the door. I'm pretty sure it's flash frozen at its peak and they don't have slices they literally have the whole fish. I definitely will be back and please no it's not just all food they do have a small section of cookware that's available. Happy Eating!!!
