It would be an understatement that my project was complicated and intimidating. Sitting on a 50 +…read morefoot high cliff, I had a retaining wall separating from my backyard in desperate need of replacement. Limited access to the property and backyard further complicated the scope and ease of executing this project. My wife and I solicited several inquiries from different contractors, and were only made more aware of the complications and challenges ahead based upon the lack of willingness many demonstrated in taking on this project for us. Finding a contractor willing to navigate the challenges of the property while executing within a realistic timeline and within an affordable price seemed impossible. That was until we spoke with Maggio. Artie was confident from day one that he and his team would be able to create an attainable resolution. Artie and his team came up with several approaches we could take on executing the retaining wall replacement, provided us a reasonable price, and then met every benchmark set during our project planning and execution. While on site, Maggio's team was efficient and effective proceeding with care and safety but working at a pace that exceeded our expectations. The completed work is gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations for what our backyard would look like. It's already been such a tremendous relief to have our backyard secured, rebuilt, and drained correctly to avoid erosion damage like we experienced with the previous retaining wall. Through the entire process, we felt like Maggio was working with us to succeed on this project and continually exceeded our expectations. I have no doubt now that not only was Maggio the right team for this project, but the right team for any future landscaping/hardscaping projects that remain for my property in the future. I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.

Their response was almost immediate with technicians to address both a plumbing and heating emergency; a furnace failure which had resulted in a frozen pipe to burst causing catastrophic damage to our entire home. Within hours Mike had found and repaired the broken pipes and faucet and Josh had the Peerless furnace up and running allowing the Servpro team to start their remediation work. He replaced some broken outlets and fixed some sloppy wiring work that another company did, as well as installing conduits and an outlet for outdoor wiring. We received the receipt and installation details at closing, including this company's information. Since moving in, we've experienced ongoing issues with the hot water supply. I am currently 8 months pregnant and unable to take a full hot shower, and my children often end up needing to take cold baths afterward. When I reached out to the company for help, they refused to come out to assess the situation unless I agreed in advance to a $300 service fee. The company is upfront blaming that the hot water heater is simply "undersized for our household needs" instead of checking on it. I've previously owned a home with a similarly sized water tank and never ran out of hot water at all, but regardless, I believe a company should stand by its work--especially when the installation is recent and the unit is still under warranty. At minimum, a basic service check should be offered without demanding a substantial fee upfront or placing the responsibility on the homeowner. The individual I spoke with on two separate occasions was dismissive and unprofessional, and did not take accountability for the situation. The interactions left me feeling uncomfortable and even intimidated to write a review, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision and find a company that stands behind its work and treats customers with respect.
