Limited access to the property and backyard further complicated the scope and ease of executing this project. My wife and I solicited several inquiries from different contractors, and were only made more aware of the complications and challenges ahead based upon the lack of willingness many demonstrated in taking on this project for us. Finding a contractor willing to navigate the challenges of the property while executing within a realistic timeline and within an affordable price seemed impossible. That was until we spoke with Maggio. Artie was confident from day one that he and his team would be able to create an attainable resolution. Artie and his team came up with several approaches we could take on executing the retaining wall replacement, provided us a reasonable price, and then met every benchmark set during our project planning and execution. While on site, Maggio's team was efficient and effective proceeding with care and safety but working at a pace that exceeded our expectations. The completed work is gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations for what our backyard would look like. It's already been such a tremendous relief to have our backyard secured, rebuilt, and drained correctly to avoid erosion damage like we experienced with the previous retaining wall. Through the entire process, we felt like Maggio was working with us to succeed on this project and continually exceeded our expectations. I have no doubt now that not only was Maggio the right team for this project, but the right team for any future landscaping/hardscaping projects that remain for my property in the future. I have been a customer of Bradway Plumbing for 5 years. They installed a hot water heater for us,…read moreand have completed multiple plumbing jobs such as toilet installations, sink faucets, UV light systems, and more. This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.

Russ came and replaced a leaking shut off valve and added another valve for our outdoor spigots and gave us some advice about other plumbing issues in our house. He knows his business, gave good advice, and did great work. Tim came out to check out some electrical problems we were experiencing and didn't try to sell us service/work that we didn't need. He replaced some broken outlets and fixed some sloppy wiring work that another company did, as well as installing conduits and an outlet for outdoor wiring. Kitchen Sink became completely clogged early Saturday Morning (11/29/2025) Tried the usual cures…read morebut to no avail. Called Byron Parker Sunday Evening and left a message telling my problem and requesting assistance. Monday morning (12/1/2025) I received a call from Rebecca who told me a man was available that morning. The man was at my door in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he immediately went to work on the drain system. Opening the clean out plug and using a snake he had the drain operating properly in no time. He performed some checks on the remainder of the system and noticed that the sink basket was very loose. He took it apart and using new putty reassembled it so that it no longer leaked. I was very impressed with the service provided by Byron Parker and its employees. Having worked in the plumbing department for many years in one of the Big Box stores, I recognized the skill of the man and the thoroughness of his actions. Please don't use Doc's Plumbing! We had a pinhole leak in a…read morepipe that wasn't discovered until it had drilled a hole behind our drywall and started puddling on our wood floors. I tried to patch it with some putty, but it was still leaking and just a couple of days before guests were to arrive. I saw all the 5 star reviews for Doc's, so I thought I'd try him too. He had just come back from vacation and must have had a ton of requests waiting for him, but like others have said, he got back to me, let me know how busy he was, and when he saw a break in the action, was able to come over and deal with the leak. We had a cobweb of copper piping in a very tight space to work in - it took me a while to just find the leak. When Ted was done, all that nasty old copper piping (the section he took out must have had 10 couplings in it), was gone and just one nice, new Pex piping was all that was needed. My jaw almost dropped to see how clean and efficient the work was. So yeah, please don't hire Doc's Plumbing! After all the dismal experiences with other plumbers, we want him all to ourselves! PS: his mini school bus is a really cool shop on wheels!
