Instead of receiving even basic courtesy, I was met with an incredibly condescending, hostile, and disrespectful attitude from Evan. As I was expressing my frustration over the situation, Evan looked at me and said, "I get it, you're going through withdrawals." I was completely speechless. That comment was not only false, but deeply insulting, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. There is absolutely no circumstance where it is acceptable for an employee to make degrading personal assumptions about a customer. Rather than attempting to help resolve the issue, Evan chose to belittle and mock me. His demeanor throughout the interaction was arrogant, dismissive, and openly hostile. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I spend a significant amount of money at this establishment, and I refuse to be treated with that level of disrespect. I will be reporting this incident to management because no customer should be spoken to in that manner. The only reason I am not taking my business elsewhere is because of the wonderful young woman who works the morning shift. She is consistently kind, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
