Franca is amazing!! And I mean that in the most literal sense of the word. She truly amazes me every time I visit her for whatever ailment has motivated me to make an appointment. I am an infrequent - but loyal client. (patient) ? I go whenever something feels "off". She is more than a chiropractor, she is a healer. And again, I mean that literally. (Not in any weird mystical supernatural way). If anything, she is more like a scientist. An expert in the science of the human body. She understands how the body works, how it responds to different situations and experiences - and how seemingly unrelated issues are actually completely connected and intertwined when followed to the source. Franca sees the connections in things I could never begin to understand, and then follows them to the source to (fix, cure, heal?) Call it what you like. To me she is just correcting something that has gone "off". I began going to Franca over 20 years ago when I worked at a lumberyard and began experiencing constant back pain. I just figured that's what working at a lumberyard does to a body. (I was wrong). She told me exactly what I was doing wrong and how to correct it so that I could prevent further pain. I listened, I did what she told me and everything changed. After a seeing her a few times - my pain was gone. She asked how I was feeling and I told her I felt much better. In fact I felt great. Like things were back to normal. I asked "when I should come back?" Franca said: "If you need to come back, then come back. But, If you feel better... then you're fine" To date, Franca has treated, cured, rehabilitated, educated and just plain healed me of: - Too many back issues to list - most do to heavy manual labor. (oddly the most painful times - were due to something completely unexpected and unusual - and Franca knew the causes instantly) - Tendonitis, or "carpenters elbow" (I don't play tennis!) in both arms. - Hip joint pain (I have no idea what its called, but it sucked) - Many misaligned/out-of-place ribs. (Again, Sorry I dont know what the medical term is, but if it happens to you...you'll know!) - Severe headaches - (young men dont get "migranes"!) - and every other assorted strained muscle, neck pain (with actual bone grinding noises), sprains, and even things like fatigue or sleeplessness. I go to my doctor regularly (just like I am instructed by my wife, sister and mother) I get my check ups. My Physicals. Blood pressure perfect. And always leave with a clean bill of health. But I go to Franca for the odd things I cant figure out. The "off" things. She's the best. read more

Shame on Franca! I wish I could give her no stars or half a star. I am legally disabled with both severe PTSD as well as Occipital Neuralgia, which is what I was going to her to treat. This is something that my mother told her when she made an appointment for me, as I need someone to drive me and escort me, so she was fully aware when she took me on as a client. She mentioned my disability to both make her aware, and to find a quiet time to come. The first session went well, and I was in less pain. I was very excited about the possibility of living in less pain and possibly being able to do something other than go from bed to my couch (that is literally how much pain I am in). She did mention the importance of adopting cats. I told her I had just lost both of mine (3 months ago and a year ago) and I was in no place for numerous reasons. During the second session she started lecturing me on adopting cats once again. I reminded her, and asked her to please not talk about it. She started yelling "oh just get over it and get more!" She went into a whole rant about how she has had 14 cats, she has 8 now, and it's our duty to get more, etc. She was literally screaming, I was getting more agitated and upset, while my mom both tried to change the subject and reminded her this wasn't the time and place. Franca's hands got aggressive before she finally finished the session. We scheduled another session, because as far as I know, she is the only person who can treat my condition. To try to stay in her good graces, my mother scheduled a session with her, and made a donation to the charity she had posters for in her lobby. Less than 10 minutes later she called my mother (little did she know she was on speaker phone in the car) and told her that she felt "it wasn't working for her", and she has a name of a therapist I should see. (By therapist she meant a mental health therapist...who I already see. I needed her to treat my Occipital Neuralgia, not my PTSD. All she had to do was not talk / lecture me about cats). She was very hostile, and continued on about how selfish I was about not getting more cats because...(my mother hung up). My mother later called to cancel both of our appointments. So if you suffer from PTSD, or any other other mental illness, Franca is both toxic and harmful for your health. Her office is also NOT handicap accessible. Her people skills are deplorable. She had no right to lecture me / anyone...about anything, ESPECIALLY after requesting her not to. Her insensitivity towards someone who does suffer from trauma and is grieving over loss, and had been notified of legal disability is abhorrent, ESPECIALLY considering she is supposed to be a part of the medical community. She shouldn't be allowed near anyone. Again, shame on Franca. read more

One of the best chiropractors out there! My husband had multiple back surgeries and we believe she played an important part in his recovery. We travel approximately an hour to get to her. She's THAT good! She's helped me with a number of issues and I'm impressed by how well she reads the body to determine what's going on. I would recommend her 100%. There are a lot of good chiropractors near us, but none as amazing as Dr. Piperni. read more

I was never a believer in chiropractors, but shortly after we moved into our house I slipped and fell down our stairs. I left it alone for about a year until I couldn't sleep through the night anymore. I went to see Franca and immediately upon looking at my back (before I even told her where I was feeling pain) she knew exactly where I was hurting. She was able to get everything back into place after a few sessions and I feel great! She has such a pleasant demeanor and a healing touch. Franca has literally changed my life. I've had severe back pain for as long as I can remember and have tried many "treatments' that were costly, ineffective, and possibly did more harm than good. A friend suggested I try a more holistic approach and gave me Franca's number. From the second I spoke with her on the phone, I knew I was in the right place. She is a brilliant, kind, compassionate, and gentle but fierce practitioner who immediately pinpointed the root of my pain from taking one look at my back. She was the first doctor to validate my condition and experiences managing discomfort, pain, and misalignment from scoliosis and actually decreased the pain, fixed the curvatures in my spine, and gave me hope and acceptance about a part of my body that I really didn't think I could love (because of the curves you can imagine my posture wasn't all that great and I felt super insecure about showing my shoulders or back). In addition, she is a sweetheart who is welcoming and friendly and yes, loves cats! It's particularly exciting when I get to visit with her kitties in the office. I highly recommend Franca and have been sending her a steady stream of new clients since I began working with her.
