They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. I asked a lot of off the wall things, but he was patient and made sure I understood the explanation of different types of patios and materials. Before starting the project, he walked me through the plan and introduced me to my project manager, Luis. Luis was great, he kept me updated the whole way, even during the first week when I was out of town. I had no worries and I was able to enjoy my vacation while full on construction was going on at my home. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started. I also have to mention Blanca in the office, every time I called, she was so friendly and easy to talk to, it was like I'd known her for years. The end result? My patio is beautiful! I was torn between putting money down on a larger home and moving, or building a patio to add square footage for gatherings. I am so happy I went with a new patio instead of the debt of a new home. I was working inside and saw that a worker was waiting. He arrived approximately 7:30. Alfonzo did not arrive until much later, probably two and a half hours late. He told me he had some truck problem. That was not a problem. The problem was he did not call or text to let me know. He told me there would be plenty of time to build the form before the concrete arrived at 11:00. The concrete was delayed until 1:00. Then the concrete was delayed until the next day. I understand there is a construction supply supply problem, and the delayed concrete was not a problem. My waking up at 6:00 for a 7:00 arrival that did not happen was the problem. I also question if the form had been ready at 8:30 because they started workin on time, if I would have had my concrete on the specified day. Ultimately I am satisfied, but Alfonzo could have communicated with me better regarding the arrival.
