My husband and I got engaged in April 2015 and knew right from the start that we wanted a place where we could get all our wedding services at one stop. We both work super busy schedules so that really important to us. We met one of the staff from piper at the bridal show and immidiately fell in love with the photography and videography work they showed us at the show. I thought it was really cool that the owner himself was at the show, he took the time to ask us about the vision we had for our wedding day and even offered some input to make our wedding video more fun. We scheduled a meeting for a few days later. I remember my first impression of the studio was 'wow'! They had samples of everything and the staff were very attentive. The best part is that we were able to meet with the decor company on the same day because they share a space and even ended up talking to the dj on the phone from the studio. We booked our photo, video, invitations, album and dj through pipers. Everything turned out amazing. I especially love the same day edit video they did for us. I remember our guests were amazed at the quality, we received so many complements on it. My husband and I still watch it frequently to reminisce with a glass of wine ;) .. overall I would rate Piper 5 star. The staff and post production team are very caring. They even offered to change the editing on our final video after it was ready because we forgot to tell them to keep the entire dance I did with my father. I hear stories about how other companies charged my friends for these types of re-edits. So we were super happy to hear that piper did not. Where do I start, I have too many great things to stay about this place. We booked piper for our wedding and engagement photos. Initially we met with Adina and loved her right away. She was so nice and took the time to follow up and answer all the silly questions I had. I really appreciated it and when she went on vacation she had her colleague Hedieh follow up to remind us that our payment was due and remind that the weather was getting cold so we should hurry to do our e-shoot. I had totally forgotten about it! I guess that happens to brides, too many things going on.. it's nice to have someone on your side lol. Once we picked the date, it took all but 2 days before our photographer Julia called us to arrange a time to go get the pictures done. We went to the bluffs during sunset, it was magical! Julia helped us figure out what angles best suited us, she allowed us to be ourselves and still guided us on how to stand and where to look so the pictures would turn our candid since that what we had requested. The engagement shoot was a great choice because we got to know Julia so when we saw her on our wedding day, November 5th :D it was like seeing a friend again. Not even one month and we already have our pics! Talk about quick turn around. Love the staff.. we are going there again this Saturday to pick the photos for our album and thank you cards. So excited to see the staff again and maybe even add a metal portrait to our package. We have some really cool black and white pics that would look awesome, never thought we'd be the type to put our pictures on the wall but they are too beautiful not to. I absolutely do not understand why there are so many negative reviews here - it's kind of weird. I was just recently married on Friday September 15th and our reception was at The Manor in King City, ON. I had the pleasure of working with a great team provided by Piper Studios. A day before the wedding our photographer and videographers called us to touch base and get us warmed up for the wedding, also confirming details like location and timing which was very comforting. We had one photographer (Roland, he is SO much fun! Everyone who met him enjoyed his personality), one videographer for our highlights video and one videographer for our same day edit. This team was great - they worked well with each other, worked hard to get their material but were professional enough to know when we had to move on because of time. The same day edit provided by Joel (lovely guy, really sweet and easy to work with, lots of patience) was amazing - everyone was shocked at how beautiful it was. I had provided Joel with a song for the same day edit, but he did not feel that it fit the video well. He substituted the song for something else that was just as breathtaking. He definitely has an excellent creative eye and ear. Overall we were very pleased with our services, even up to dealing with the receptionists and coordinators by email. They are always prompt and helpful. This was the one vendor, along with our makeup and hair team, that we were completely satisfied with. We have already referred our friends to them and one couple has already booked with them! Referrals also come with a little incentive, which is always nice! read more

My husband and I only had 3 months to plan our wedding so we hired a wedding planner to do all the work for us lol.. our planner Debbie recommended Piper studios, she had worked with them many times and was confident they would deliver what we were after. She arranged a meeting for us to look at samples work. Everything we saw was stunning. The packages were good but we wanted to add some invitations, thank you cards and a photobooth so Hedieh helped us come up with the perfect bundle. She even gave is $400 off the booth because we booked photo and video with them. It was a win win, great price + great looking photobooth. All the other ones I had seen at previous weddings were bulky and just wrong for a wedding setting which is why my husband originally didn't want to get it. But after he saw what piper's booth looked like, he was sold! We put our deposit and the team immediately put us on their priority list since we only had 3 month until our big day. The photographer met with us the following week for the engagement session, pictures turned out great and were ready for the following week. Everything about this studio was and continues to be professional. After our wedding they sent an email outlining the next steps. The video and photos were ready pretty fast and we were able to view and download them from home without going to the studio. That was a major bonus. Great service, beautiful photos, caring staff, professional photographers! Piper studios made our wedding planning process so easy. We met with Hedieh, she sat with us for 2 hours to come up with the perfect customized combo for photo video and booth. She paid attention to details and was constantly taking notes of the style we liked and locations plus times of our big day. After our meeting she sent a recap email which was sooooo amazing because we had forgotten half the things that we talked about LOL.. as soon as we saw that email we knew we had made the right decision to go with piper. The months leading up to our wedding we received email reminders. SO HELPFUL! If you've ever been a bride you know what I mean when I say you forget A LOT of things lol. One thing that was really amazing was when I realized that only the first 50km of travel was included in uur package. We haven't noticed this before and it became what I thought would be a problem but as soon as I told Hedieh he said offered a flat fee of $40 extra cost so that we wouldn't have to worry about going over. This was really helpful since our wedding was in Hamilton and would have cost a lot more otherwise. Our pictures and video are so wonderful exceeded what we had imagined to be possible. Fantastic experience with Piper Studio. From beginning to end, I dealt with Jayne. Where do I even start? As soon as I visited the website I was greeted by a pop up message by Jayne. Obviously I was looking at other places too, so I got straight to the point about the price. Jayne was very helpful and convinced me to set up a meeting. It was such a smooth and easy process from there. Got a solid package deal that included 2 photographers(half day & full day) Videographer(full day) complimentary engagement shoot, photo album, 3 big prints, usb key with all photos, raw video and the best music video highlight reel ever, that included 2 songs of our choice! Roland was our photographer and he was a joy to work with. Everyone at the wedding was raving about how amazing he is. He captured the entire day and our video guy Masoud did a great job as well. My husband and I used Piper Studios for both our wedding as well as maternity pictures. We originally found out about them through my best friend since she had also used them for her wedding. Our photographer Branko was amazing. We were worried because we always heard stories that photographers can be pushy and demanding at weddings because they are under pressure to get all the right shots. We found that Branko kind of did his own thing while still interacting with our bridal party. Our pictures turned out beautifully, mainly candid which is what we really wanted but also a few romantic stages shots which ended up being used as portrait gifts for our parents. For our own home we blew up one of the candid shots and we still get complements on it all the time. So since our first experience was so great we went back to pipers for our mat shoot. Well this time around they were even better! We met a few new faces at the studio and saw some old ones too. Adina remembered us and gave us a huge promotion for being returning customers. Five stars! Not enough.. what a great experience we had with Piper Studios. We recently had our wedding pictures done through here. The staff were knowledgeable and offered so much great advice. Like where to take our park pictures, what colors would look great in the fall for our engagement shoot pictures, and even what to do with my hair given my dress style. I really thought of them as my wedding consultants in addition to the photography. They always emailed me back right away and put up with my crazy questions. The owner Richard was really caring towards us. Even though we chose one of the studios other photographers he was always available to give us advice. It's a real team and they did a great job making us feel taken care of. I loved that all the staff work together. We spoke with Hedieh to buy select our package, then with Adina to choose our photographer and finally with Jayne to go over our selections for album and thank you cards. My mom and I purchased a photography package for a family portrait session from piper studios for christmas. We initially spoke with Jayne on the phone and got some pricing then made an appointment to go to the studio to look at some samples. Jayne was very attentive and took the time to give us a tour of the studio and show us different styles for Christmas cards and portraits. We were amazed at the options and the different forms portraits come in these days. Our photographer came out to our home 2 weeks ago to take the pictures. She was very patient, my sister has a new born and we had to wait for him to go to sleep. We got a call on Saturday that our pictures were ready and since we want them for the holidays the team made an appointment for us to go see them to select the pictures for print. We met with Jayne again yesterday and she showed a rough draft of the cards and took notes on the editing we want for our portraits. So far the services and quality of work have been exceptional! We booked our wedding photography, videography, photobooth and dj services with Piper Studios. All the services were great. The staff responded to my emails right away and reminded me so I wouldn't miss deadlines. During the initial meeting we saw some beautiful work from their photographers and videographers and even had a say in who we wanted.. we went on their blog and looked through the work. Our first choice was a photographer that was booked but the second person we chose, Julia, was available. We got to meet her during our engagement, she is a wonderful woman of great talent. When we got our pictures we wer so happy. The angles and lighting are so nice. I love my dress and park pictures. And all the decor details are caught on camera. Can't wait for my pictures to be added to the stunning blog collection! Like many couples, we were on a budget but we didn't want that to affect the quality of the most important thing in our wedding. Everyone we talked to told us not to cut cost on photo because the day goes by too quickly and that's the only thing that would remain. We heard about Piper through my friend Sherri who had used them for her wedding 2 years ago. During our initial meeting the lady we met with, Hedieh was really helpful. She spent over an hour showing us pictures and video samples for the various photographers that work at the studio. We told her our favorites but we had issues with the pricing being out of our budget. She totally understood and offered us a great discount, even throwing in some portraits for our parents! It was amazing.. our pictures are so beautiful. I can't get over how great the entire team at the studio is. We got married this past summer on Canada day long weekend and it was a 2 day wedding! Our videographer, Shawn and photographer Julia did such an amazing job within those two days. They made us feel so comfortable and confident that we had chosen the best! We were so grateful that even on the long weekend they spent those two days with us capturing the most important event of our lives. They never made us feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable but worked with us to capture the most wonderful memories of the weekend. Wish I could give them more stars. Just received our edited wedding pictures and am beyond satisfied. Truly outstanding service and professionalism from this studio. We used piper studios for our wedding photography and videography. The staff were so attentive and caring, they truly cared about us. We got to know them well during our visits to pick our portraits and thank you cards. They always followed up to make sure we didnt miss any deadlines and put us in contact with the photographer so we could give him all the details for our big day. Our pictures and wedding video turned out amazing! We still have out engagement shoot left because we didn't have time to do it before the wedding.
