I remember coming across Dream Productions a while ago and seeing there videos on Facebook. I would look at their videos and think one day when I get married, it would be me in those videos. Once I got engaged and it was time for the wedding planning to begin, I had no doubt in my mind that I wanted to have Dream Productions document one of the most important days of our lives. The whole process was super simple and easy. After our initial meeting and going over prices, dates, and all the other fun stuff, it did not take us long to make the decision to go ahead with it. Communication through out was no problem, any questions or concerns that we had was answered. Jag. He is a visionary. I had an honest conversation with him in how I wanted our video to be. I know sometimes people get caught up with how they see other people doing things that they loose sight of their true self. For the video, I know Divesh and I are silly people, and I knew if we created a same day edit that was us staring at eachother, walking and being serious we wouldn't be happy. Jag was always willing to listen to our vision and help in anyway he can. I showed him examples of music videos, vibes and moods of how I would like him to capture us. I wanted people watching our video to fall in love with two people just being ourselves -- and Divesh and I do everything we do in the videos. Piggy back rides, riding bikes, eating ice cream, pinching each other cheeks and laughing out loud. When you capture real moments, I feel like people connect more because you are your authentic self and it gets translated that way. We had our wedding at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya. We had called around to several different organizations to see who we should hire to make our video because my wife's family had bad experiences with video companies in the past. From the moment we had our first phone call with Dream we knew they were the right choice. I will never recommend to any one. They charged me 10500 for 3 events of 17 hours. They gave me video of 1.53 hours after 8 months after numerous requests. During this period he bullied me and was verbally abuse. His behavior was very unprofessional. Even in text messages he would sends me dots in a disrespectful way. This video was missing wedding video.when I asked him to add, he was very resistant. Now he added but my children wedding speeches are not there. When I asked him to do then he blocked me. Quality of video is extremely poor. It doesn't look like a wedding video. He told me that zI should hire someone else. He is not going to do it. Now he blocked me. I asked for raw videos of the wedding day but he sent partial. Please do not be deceived by his good behavior when he takes a order. He will ask to pay full before he works on videos or photos.
