I didn't understand when she told me that she couldn't cut my hair anymore because I had changed my appointments too many times when I didn't know what too many times was and didn't remember having changed appointments more than a couple times .I told her I didn't realize that I had been messing up her books and apologized she then told me thatI couldn't make anymore appointments online and that I had to go through her. I did have to cancel once when I was sick and had to reschedule once during the time I had been going to her. She then told me that she couldn't cut my hair anymore because I keep missing appointments . I have a traumatic brain injury and so I didn't see clearly what someone else would find obvious that she just wanted me to quit coming in for my hair cut . I did finally understand when I was on my way to see her for an appointment and saw a text message that her husband had Covid and she was closing shop out of precaution and that she would let me know when she could get me back on the books and I didn't know what to think but it seemed pretty strange . A month later I got a text from her stating that she couldn't cut my hair anymore because I had an appointment booked that day and didn't show up . I had not heard from her that she had reopened. I couldn't have known to come in , I am not aware of anything I have done for that kind of treatment . I'm a person with a disability who Also suffers from complex PTSD . I am embarrassed , humiliated and confused it has me feeling so depressed that I don't want to go anywhere I shouldn't be the one who is embarrassed or ashamed . Maybe try to be a part of the solution and not the problem and be a better human being ,what gives you the right to treat a client or anyone like that. It makes me feel abused and it's not okay . I guess I had started to forget how really ugly some people can be . I am not going to care about how this looks I just want to get it posted. I can at least let people know how I was treated . Maybe a little embarrassing is needed in this situation.
