I have been coming here for years for cigarettes. They are usually cheaper than other stores around…read moreme and the staff is pretty cool as well. They have a wide selection of cigarettes and devices. It does get a little frustrating when you come to purchase your cigarette brand and they are out of what you are looking for. All and all it's nice to do business with them.

I…read morehave purchased from this store for a few months now and always have dealt with the owner, who has always been a lovely lady to me every time. Today my husband was in from out of town for the holiday and we stopped in at the shop to purchase some novelty items as gifts, intending to spend about $200. We really didn't know much about them so my husband asked a few questions to make sure we purchased the correct items. By the third question the sales lady became outright nasty to my husband and hurt my husbands feelings. When he asked her if he had done something to upset her she raised her voice LOUDLY and RUDELY to him in front other customers and basically said he was the problem asking to many questions. I was by the door ready to leave and when I heard her raise her voice to my husband and I went to the counter to find out what was happening because the only voice that was heard was the sales lady. When I realized her attitude I told my husband to leave the expensive items on the counter and lets leave. I was to tears at her unprofessional attitude and decided to go back and to let her know she was not a nice person and unprofessional. I will admit my language was less than flattering but than again she was a woman being nasty to my sweet husband. I will never go there again and I have spread the word to my son, daughter in law and my network of friends to NEVER go there again. We went up the road to Diamond Smoke Shop and they treated us like royalty. I was happy to give Diamond our $200. Diamond knows how to treat Customers with curtesy, kindness and consideration.

This is my review until this is resolved…read more.. I've bought at least 4 quartz bangers from here in the past month. When the 3rd one broke I was getting mad... But when the 4th one broke I finally said something When I called the store and explained, the girl (who was helpful) said she'd have to call her boss to tell her to see an exchange. When she called back she said her boss had said "unless the glass was cracked it's not his fault it's the manufacturer". I told her "I'm not trying to get anything for free. I don't even want a new banger that will break in 1 day.. I wanted to TELL you.. but he's also wrong. He PICKS the manufacturer. If he picks a cheap product to sell then that's HIS fault" She said that they "don't even sell bangers with no brand name on it and I should've been 'Tsunami glass'" (I know tsunami glass... not one of these has been tsunami) I said "well I have the peices in my hand I can show you there is no brand name" Her response was that they may have grabbed a banger out of another peice and.. (I cut her off) "and just sold it to me for $16?..." Then I told her "also NO she got it out of the case with all the other bangers. Why would your employees be throwing default stock crappy bangers in with tsunami glass and charging me for it. That's terrible business" She said that it would be worth the same price (obviously wrong) and that she would have to call when the new bangers were in If you care about your product then it would be better quality. I've never purchased so many of these in such a short amount of time. It was nice because this place is right across the road from me and has good prices (now I know why) ... But I will travel further for better quality stuff... You should do the same
