Lately this place has been going down hill. Never have anything that the customer wants. I even requested to order my product and still they never even attempted to order it. This is my review until this is resolved... I've bought at least 4 quartz bangers from here in the past month. When the 3rd one broke I was getting mad... But when the 4th one broke I finally said something When I called the store and explained, the girl (who was helpful) said she'd have to call her boss to tell her to see an exchange. When she called back she said her boss had said "unless the glass was cracked it's not his fault it's the manufacturer". I told her "I'm not trying to get anything for free. I don't even want a new banger that will break in 1 day.. I wanted to TELL you.. but he's also wrong. He PICKS the manufacturer. If he picks a cheap product to sell then that's HIS fault" She said that they "don't even sell bangers with no brand name on it and I should've been 'Tsunami glass'" (I know tsunami glass... not one of these has been tsunami) I said "well I have the peices in my hand I can show you there is no brand name" Her response was that they may have grabbed a banger out of another peice and.. (I cut her off) "and just sold it to me for $16?..." Then I told her "also NO she got it out of the case with all the other bangers. Why would your employees be throwing default stock crappy bangers in with tsunami glass and charging me for it. That's terrible business" She said that it would be worth the same price (obviously wrong) and that she would have to call when the new bangers were in If you care about your product then it would be better quality. I've never purchased so many of these in such a short amount of time. It was nice because this place is right across the road from me and has good prices (now I know why) ... Poor customer service, so I took my business elsewhere. Asian woman was helping me shop for water pipes, and immediately left and assisted other customers trying to purchase papers instead of finishing with me... Never announced she was going to help other people, just walked off... I was ready to check out. Theres too many other smoke shops to worry about this one. Just go up the street. Are usually don't ever post reviews but for this I will. I just spent $100.00 on fume Vape pens. All but one was working properly, I literally was testing these in the store before I left. Cashier watch me test them immediately told her that the one was faulty and didn't taste anything like it supposed to taste. All seven other tobacco stores I've been to that sells these products always allows a customer to test the product. If it is faulty or does not taste right they hand you another fume to replace it, and then they send them back to the company to get reimbursed for them for faulty products. The manager of the store literally came out and told me tough rocks well I'll give you 10% off if you buy another one. Well I just bought five why should I have to pay another one for a product that didn't work before I even left the store. They will never get another dime from me. read more

I loved that this Tobacco shop was local and their cigarette pricing was so much cheaper than the gas station. I purchased 4 packs of Marlboro Menthol Light cigarettes. After getting home and opening the first pack I noticed that they were Extremely Stale! I called the store and notified them and asked if I could come in to exchange them (from a new carton) or receive a refund. The guy proceeded to tell me that he had to call and speak with his manager and he would call me back. 10 minutes later he called me back and told me that his manager said that they didn't sell any of those cigarette today and that I didn't buy them from that store. I proceeded to tell him that I had my receipt and read him the detailed information off my receipt. I even paid with my credit card which does show up on my bank account. He asked me who was working in the store and I gave him full descriptions of himself as well as the other man working. He then told me that I was lying and didn't buy them there even though I purchased them 45 minutes prior to calling, had my receipt in hand, as well as paid with my credit card so I know that they have it documented. I contacted Marlboro and notified them and Marlboro was kind enough to issue me a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING TOBACCO HERE or even shopping there due to their lying ways. read more
