We had a bad experience with the audio phone for my daughter's sweet 15. Didn't want to believe her because she waited more than a month from the event date to tell me that my guests told me the battery was low. And also she ended up telling me that she forgot to mention me that the phone was basically for decorations and to take pictures which thats not what we wanted it for my daughter's wish was to have one of those instead of people signing she wanted to keep it and hear her family and friends voice and messages. So at the end she only refunded me half of the price. Dont get me wrong she does a nice job with decorating but I dont think shes honest at least thats what I felt when I tried to communicate about it with her.
