All I heard from them was excuses and numerous requests for me to lower the rent. I was asking the market rental rate. Their advertising was WEAK, I had to ask them to put up a sign and when they did, it was a cheap wire frame sign that the HOA had me remove. Their website presence was horrible and they are not responsive. They posted the wrong pictures, then took weeks to correct it.
