I can't say enough good things about At Your Service! I was responsible for clearing out my…read morecousin's house after she passed, and after a week of trying to do it myself, I had barely made a dent. Thankfully, Linda and Nick came highly recommended, and now I see why. From the start, Linda assessed the situation and assured me they could handle it--and they absolutely did. She, Nick, and their incredible team came in and turned chaos into an organized, well-run estate sale. They set up tables, priced everything fairly to maximize the return, and handled all the advertising, sales, and logistics--including collecting sales tax. Their revenue-sharing model meant they were just as motivated as I was to get the best possible results, and they delivered! I had full trust in their process and their integrity. They even discovered some collectible items I hadn't realized were valuable and made sure to exclude them from the sale. The structure of their sale was also well thought out--two days at full price, then a markdown to half-price, which meant by the end, I had very little left to worry about. And if I didn't want to deal with the leftovers, they even offered to handle the disposal and cleanup. More than anything, I appreciated their kindness and respect for everything in the house. They made a difficult time so much easier, and I could never have raised as much money for the estate on my own. Their marketing brought in way more buyers than I ever could have. If you're in need of an estate sale, house cleanout, or moving assistance, do yourself a favor and call Linda and Nick. They truly are At Your Service, and they do an incredible job!

Selling from out of town, he promised that he would do everything. He did not notify my of the sale of the house. He did not notify me that he added a "price reduction of $25,000 price reduction EACH WEEK the home goes unsold" during the holiday season of November and December, which historically, there are no purchases of homes. Steve Thomas, Broker initially seemed helpful but was dismissive and unhelpful. However, six months after sale of the house, he did send the closing documents.

One night, Steve called us and the LAST thing my wife wanted to do was go look at houses--it was raining, our boys were tired & we hadn't eaten yet. Steve insisted and even told us he'd wait for us to go grab dinner first. When we drove up, his first words were, "You're either going to love it or hate it, but I started the paperwork." We walked in and were very impressed, but he watched our faces as we entered the open-plan kitchen and living room. It was everything we'd asked for. It was perfect. Steve called the owner, we made an offer on the spot and it was accepted immediately. A few weeks later, we were in our dream home.
