Selling from out of town, he promised that he would do everything. He did not notify my of the sale of the house. He did not notify me that he added a "price reduction of $25,000 price reduction EACH WEEK the home goes unsold" during the holiday season of November and December, which historically, there are no purchases of homes. Steve Thomas, Broker initially seemed helpful but was dismissive and unhelpful. However, six months after sale of the house, he did send the closing documents.

Every other builder we said we were looking into he badmouthed and said their wait was years - our home build was almost three years! I would never use or recommend this agency; they misrepresented the builder in order to make money on the commission and get their special kickback with the builder - Blue Water Homes which is the worst builder we have ever been exposed to so run from them too. This complaint is also going to the DBPR. Don't use this Real Estate Agent or his Broker or Blue Water Homes. When I build a house over a million dollars, I should not have to create the specs for the AC Pad, Generac Pad, Pool Pad, and Mini Split pad because their specs did not allow for enough air flow as required for an AC unit or the Generac. Blue Water Homes also put our master bath on the inside wall - the drawing call for floor to ceiling shower - so we caught it and it was corrected and the slab was poured - only to be dug up by their Senior foreman, Richard, could not find his way out of a box, and we had to tell them - LOOK AT YOUR PLANS.

Through my Realtor Blaine…read moreDraisey with TAG Ventures Real Estate (whom I very highly recommend) we submitted an offer to Jeff Sawyer on one of his listings. The very next day he texted my realtor "Looks like we are going to have a deal". I understand until we have a signed contract we don't officially have a deal, but with that message it looked promising. 2 days go by with absolutly no communication from Jeff. Finally on the 3rd day he contacts my agent and asks for us to re-write the offer on an As-Is contract. Blaine with TAG immediately writes up the new contract, has me sign it and sends it over to Jeff. Another 2 days go by with Jeff not returning calls, responding to emails, or answering text messages. A few days later he calls Blaine and leaves a crappy voicemail with lame excuses about how busy he is and he should have told us sooner "but we still have a deal". We are all busy and thats a horrible excuse to go 3 days with no communication what so ever!! Then after 7 days of being strung along by Jeff the property goes under contract with someone else! No notice notifying us there are multiple offers, no call for best and final offers. He just strung us along for a week until he could find a better deal! I have no problem with the sellers not wanting our offer but be a professional and tell me. We missed out on 2 other homes we could have put offers on. After speaking with several other realtors as I continue my home search they all have the same negative feed back about dealing with Jeff Sawyer and how unethical he is. My advice is to say FAR FAR AWAY FROM JEFF SAWYER!!!! REPLY TO JEFF'S RESPONSE - I was privy to YOUR comments to Blaine Draisey with TAG Ventures Real Estate. ALL of your "communication" to Blaine was "looks like we have a deal" even the voicemail you left him. Not once, never, did you mention multiple offers. You strung us along for a week and I missed out on other homes I could have made offers on. I have asked Blaine to save all correspondence as I will be filing an ethics complaint against your company.
