Hutch's towing towed us off the Ohio Turnpike and we stayed two nights at the Quality Inn across the street. I called Suburban Auto first thing Monday morning. Dave was very accommodating and got working on our vehicle right away. He was finished in just a few hours and did a very thorough job at flushing all the burnt gunk out of the car. When I thanked him for working so quickly he said he put himself in my shoes and thought how he'd want to get on his way home right away. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and empathy to our situation as I was still two days from home and had two children and a dog with me. The car worked just fine all the way back to Connecticut without incident. I got in to see my regular mechanic a few days later to check the vehicle over. He said Suburban Auto did a great job. Stan's Repair has taken care of mine and my wife's used 1991 Escorts and after we replaced them with brand new 2003/2004 Honda Accords. Stan will replace what need replacing and repair/clean up what he can without charging for new parts. Stan's takes care of all my families vehicles which run the gamut from Chevys,Fords, Hondas, and even a Volkswagen and a Kia Soul. In fact as I'm writing this review now, I'm waiting for Stan to come back from lunch to make and appointment for my two cars for this years check-up.
