Some of the receptions are kind , for instance Pam and Sherri but the others forget about it , they talk about you when you can here them and are extremely rude to to you when you call there for refills on meds . This place is horrible they were wonderful in the beginning but after a wonderful NP Tracy left because she wasn't getting the pay she deserved , who i will never forget things went down hill from there, They had no suboxone doctor for months and after giving me my subs and they gave me a bridge script to hold me over till i found one which mind you covid was just starting they sent me on my way , finally I returned because they found a new provider and at the time i liked my counselor Jamie , we clicked and when I started out there they were amazing and unfortunately like everyone else that tends to work there left again to go to a better facility ! All of the employees were friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. When we brought the unit in, we were greeted by the service manager and directed to the main service bay. The bay supervisor came out and looked over the unit. Diagnosis of the problem took only 30 seconds and turned out to be a severely compromised air filter. We left the unit to await the replacement part and asked for an oil change and the installation of mulching blades, which we provided. Through no fault of theirs, the replacement part took over 4 weeks to arrive since it was made only in China. We were kept informed of the status of the repairs on a regular basis and were overjoyed when it finally arrived. When we picked it up all issues had been resolved. A full mechanical review and repairs, including leveling the mower deck, has been done. Even though it was not their fault, the bill was adjusted as a way of apologizing for the extended wait. This was our first visit here but it will not be our last.

On both occasions Adam, the owner, came out of the shop and checked each item in the driveway. He determined within minutes that the rider was not repairable at a reasonable cost. He offered to keep it and tear it down. He said he would if I wanted but the $250 cost would only tell me what he just said. I chose not to continue. For the push mower he again checked it out immediately and after trying a few fixes, the mower still didn't power up fully. He kept it to do a further repair. The next morning he called and said it was ready. When I arrived he completely explained what he did and the cost was only $20! Scott's installer, Matt, worked cleanly, was very communicative about what he was doing and had the system installed in about 3.5 hours.
