    This store was and is very poorly run, management of the Patio & Garden (Eric) is rude, our order…read more(which we spent a lot of money on all) was good, but the last part of the order has been late for several days, 5+. When we call or stop by, it is blamed on UPS, which Home DePot refers to as the Vendor. Eric could have cared less and wasn't interested in finding out why our order was late or when it was going to arrive. When I received the tracking #, I did in fact call UPS to find out why our order was delayed. My point is that Home DePot should have been finding out why our order was late, where it was at, when it was going to be delivered to Home DePot, and not the customers. I told Eric, a very rude and condescending man, I was going to make it known the poor experience we have endured all week with Home Depot (Patio & Garden), and he said since I was "threatening", he hung up on me. All I said was I was going to make it known the poor experience. Guess he can't handle when they're wrong and rude as well. This is the second bad experience with Home DePot. We will never, ever do business with them again. UPS was very helpful. Once Corporate opened, I did inform Ricardo of the Corporate Office of the treatment we've received, especially from Eric. We still have not received our completed order yet. Oh, and Home Depot should let customers know before purchasing they deliver to your property such as the driveway, but are not allowed inside or around the property, even if it is heavy such as our order and appliances. You are on your own. UPDATE: May 19, 2025: Since we were told we would be notified when our order came in and it was supposed to be today according to UPS, not Home DePot, of course, I called at 2:00 Central Time, and the clerk at the front desk said our order has been sitting in a corner at the Customer Service Desk for the last two hours, so around noon. She "found" a note that said to call, text, or email us to notify us our order was ready for pick up and none of these were done. Once again, I had to call. I'll be so glad this is the last time we ever step foot in this store again.

I got rid of my other fridge just before they arrived so I wouldn't be charged the 50.00 removal fee. The refrigerator arrived but was dented up on 3 of the 4 sides to where the delivery drivers were asking if I would accept this in the condition it arrived in. I refused it. had to call the customer service and be put on hold 45 minutes for them to tell me to call a different number of the warehouse in Kansas City, Mo. He was a Big Liar. he said sure we can get you one and deliver it next day, we have 9 in stock and the delivery drivers will call you by 20 am to let you know what time they will be there. Today we did not hear from them and called customer service again to find out the delivery would not be for another week and that they did not have any in stock that it had to be sent over. this is going to cost us over 1000.00 because of the loss of food from our refrigerator and eating out a week with a family of 4. Complete Nightmare Shopping at Lowe's!! They would not let us switch to get the ones available in other stores to try to rectify the loss of their mistake.

Delivery service tells me this is Lowes problem. Called Lowe's back and again it became delivery problem. the last repo spoke to from Lowe's decided to hang up on me. I called the St. Joseph Lowes and was told a Manager will call me back and they never did.This went on for a couple days. Finally received compensation for my troubles. This was the worse service I've ever experience at Lowe's. Don't get me started with the customer service while inside the store. Most of the employees are either hiding or on their phones. I asked a rep for information about a product they sold. She said let's goggle it... seriously goggle it!!! What happen to know Ming your product when you are a so called specialist..
