I complained to a manager when first noticed and was informed they have routine store audits and she is confident shelf prices are accurate. I have not noticed an improvement. I routinely take a photo of the shelf price to share during checkout. Strange the price discrepancy is never in favor of the customer.

As of recently, last 2 visits which were after 8 p.m. ive been treated so terribly by a new employee of at least new to me. The last experience I had to use the self check out which I absolutely hate. Nothing ever goes well and this night was no different except for the rude treatment from this employee. She treated me like I was an idiot and made it very clear that I was getting on her nerves because she had to help me several times. Well tonite I got to be checked out by her again. I stood at the #1 checkout for several minutes while she swept the new self checkout area. She looked at me a couple of times and continued to sweep like I wssnt there. A younger girl that bags and brings in carts asked if I had been helped to which I replied NO and pointed to Diesta or something similar to that name and told her she had ignored me. She approached her and told her I was needing checkout out and she told her she was busy talking to a customer which by the way had barely started talking with her. Today, when we were shopping, the Price sign for eggs stated that you could get 5 dozen LARGE eggs, a 60 pack, for roughly 28 dollars. (Cage free as well.) So I went to purchase on only to find out that they were MEDIUMS. So I looked at the Large eggs by the dozen and the first dozen was $5.54 and each additional dozen would have cost $9.89 Here's my gripe. Don't leave a price mark up on the wall if you don't have the product. Plus, the medium eggs I've purchased there in the past were about the size of small eggs. It takes two medium eggs to equal one large egg in the long run. Coffee was up from $7.98 (approximately) a pound from a couple of weeks ago to almost $10 a pound now. I don't mind adjusting my food budget and I know prices are going up. Just don't list one price and then charge another. Thank you. Ed
