I drove six hours to check out all of the stores in Atlanta for my boutique and went to multiple. Never have I ever felt so disrespected. I wasn't sure what to expect, just went in to check out what they had to see if anything would sell in my boutique. I am a good and very loyal buyer to my wholesalers who are polite and helpful! However, before I could even say hello the lady (I'm guessing the owner or manager I'm not sure) said, "YOU KNOW THIS IS WHOLESALE RIGHT?!" I said yes ma'am. She said, "YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE. I NEED IT UP HERE RIGHT NOW LET ME SEE IT." I just said okay and walked out. I'm not sure what she thought I was doing walking in there, when there's clearly signs everywhere saying WHOLESALE ONLY. Wouldn't even show her my business license. Definitely not giving my business to someone who doesn't even greet me, is VERY rude, yelling for my business license before I can even look at anything. Not how you run a business and treat potential customers!

Full marks, and my most enthusiastic recommenation. BUT BE IT KNOWN: they're fairly adamant about seeing that new customers have their business licenses in hand before they let them in to start shopping. Space is at a premium there, and as they get a steady stream of non-business-people in, especially on Sundays, who ignore the "Wholesale Only, Business License Required" signs all over the front of the place, they have to weed them out right away. In addition, the State of Georgia bears down on businesses like that to make sure they aren't selling to the public, which wholesalers are not legally allowed to do. Most of the looky-loos and non-retailers who they have to turn away assure them, usually in loud voices, that they intended to spend unimaginably vast sums of money there, but if *that's* the way they treat their soon-to-be-Best-Customers that they'll take their extremely lucrative business elsewhere, before stomping out the door. Those people are never missed - don't be one of those people

A partial order shipped in a timely manner, but did not include all of the items I had ordered. My order consisted of very specific styles and colors. When I called to inquire why I was not contacted when my order would be short items - first the customer service girl said "she could not help me" and I would need to speak with the shipping department. I could hear "the manager" in the background saying "have her talk to shipping, give her shippings number".... she then proceed to give me the shipping persons number, and said that even though he is "busy" that he would answer my call." The shipping number I called is: 770-454-6690. I called the number she gave me, and after a re-explaining my issue, the man basically said, it was too bad, and there was nothing he could do, and its not their policy to call customers if there is an issue with their order- as they are 'too busy' to contact customers. After requesting a return of the partial order I had received (i needed all of the bags, or none) he ended the call abruptly by telling me to "take it up with your credit card" and hung up. This is horrible customer service, particularly for a company that is looking to wholesale their bags to other businesses, or bulk purchasers.
