The student who lead the tour had no emotion when she spoke and I could tell she was not happy there. The staff could talk about little more than their endless rules (no phones, computers, devices, etc.) and they make kids feel embarrassed about being 'special.' If your child has significant behavioral needs then this might not be so bad, but this is not appropriate for a child with high functioning autism without behavioral problems.
