They did not offer any kind of discount or anything for this inconvenience. Finally, despite documenting that the walls were in poor condition when I moved in, they charged me $395 for painting. I received less than half of my security deposit back, even though I only lived there for a year and took good care of the place. Rental company options in Lynchburg are limited, but it's best to sign a lease with Priority One with your eyes fully open.
