Jon came out to take a look, crawled all over trying to find the problem, and then proposed the least expensive and intensive solution. So far, it seems to working. On March 23, 2024, my roof developed a significant leak in the vicinity of the chimney box that caused interior damage to my living room and the adjacent hallway ceilings. I called Level Up CEO, Mr. Cody Fielding the morning of March 23rd leak to inform him of the situation and followed it up twice that same day with additional information. In one of those calls I informed Mr. Fielding that I had contacted my insurance company, USAA, with details of the leak and the company which installed it in 2020 and details of their 5-year warranty. I gave them the contact information for Level Up to include Mr. Fielding's telephone number. Each time my call was sent to his voicemail account. I sent two emails to Mr. Fielding with pictures of the damage attached. On March 25th, I called Mr. Fielding once again with additional supporting information. To date, a full month later, I have not received any response from Level Up Innovations/Mr. Fielding. During the period of March 23-March 25 I contacted USAA Insurance company to initiate a claim for the damage to the roof and home interior. My USAA adjuster informed me that he had called Mr. Fielding and discussed the situation with him. I was told that Mr. Fielding had promised that a Level Up representative would come to my home to inspect the damage on March 29th. To date, there has been no such visit from Level Up. Level Up Innovations, LLC/Mr. Cody Fielding has failed to honor his 5-year warranty. Subsequently USAA Insurance has approved the repairs to the roof and subsequent interior damage to another company I have chosen; Infinity Restoration Inc. USAA has initiated an investigation into Level Up Innovations LLC. Their intent is to investigate if a third party (Level Up) is liable for the damages to my property and, if so, pursue that party for my insurance deductible and any amounts USAA has or will pay out on the claim.

They left a big mess of my yard, leaving old roof debris. I cleaned up part of it myself and they showed up a week later after I complained to help clean-up the mess they left behind. Im still finding roof nails occasionally and they left my yard looking like a heard of elephants trampled through it which is my problem. JDH is definitely not good with completing a job satisfactorily.

She ended up having to use a service she was conned into signing up with that charged her $15,000! I'll start by saying I didn't know anything about roofing before Chris came. Now I feel educated…read moreenough to know what's protecting my home and how to keep it protected. I called Chris because I'd gotten screwed by another roofer and needed my leaky roof fixed. Chris came on the scheduled day on time and ready to give his estimate. He recommended a full roof replacement and gave a fair price for the job. He said two days were needed for the job. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. Chris let me know I was welcome to set up camp on the roof and watch them work. I came up on the roof several times and asked many questions each time. He took me to each part of the roof to explain what was being done. Exactly two days later I had a roof im very proud of. So proud that I've given up my man cave and claimed the roof as my new hang out spot! It's beautiful, plus I feel a sense of security knowing that I don't have to worry about my property being damaged by water running from the roof. Calling Chris was a good investment in my property.
