Chris could have made a quick grand or much more working on our half acre but instead, he spent time educating me about what was realistic and how to best sequence all the things we were planning to do so that we did not waste our hard earned money. It was clear, Chris genuinely cared about us as people not just a potential customer. He spoke honestly and advised us to wait on landscaping.
