I came to Pinnacle Eco Clean in desperation, after looking for a local company who could clean my 9 x 12.75, cherished wool rug. From the moment my husband and I showed up at the 215 Mushroom Boulevard, Rochester, NY location, I knew we were in the right place. I went directly to the office, conveniently located adjacent to the garage loading area, where I met Katherine. She was extremely helpful and pleasant as I explained my need to expedite the cleaning process. Katherine called upon the men who easily unloaded the heavy rug from the van my husband and I had struggled to load in by ourselves. Then the experts unrolled and examined the rug. Much to our surprise they quickly discovered a problem. There was a small area that had been eaten by moths and we assumed that problem was over. However they quickly discovered there was still live larvae in that area of the carpet. The cleaning could not be started until the larvae was dead. So into the freezer went my carpet for an appropriate period of time to ensure the death of the troublesome larvae. Once there was no danger of live moth larvae the cleaning would begin. However there was also a deadline looming. I needed the rug cleaned and returned to my living room in time for the 2024 Landmark Society of Western New York House and Garden Tour. To that end Katherine continued to stay involved to make sure my rug would be clean and ready in time. I was pleased and surprised that the price was very fair and the personal special attention given was extraordinary. I noticed there was a beautiful display of rugs for sale and thought I might need to purchase one to replace mine. Again, after a brief telephone conversation with Katherine, I was assured my carpet could move to the next step in the cleaning process and be ready in time for the house tour. I received a personal phone call from Katherine to let me know the rug was finished and ready for pickup. When we went to pickup the rug two young men quickly loaded it into our van. My 99 year old Mom's apartment was flooded by a burst hot water tank. Pinnacle came in, moved furniture, extracted water, placed fans and dehumidifier, took a large loose rug out to clean and sprayed for mold, etc. They explained everything they were doing and left everything livable until their return the next day to remove, replace and reorganize. I sent an email to the company via the website late Sunday night/early Monday morning and received a call Monday late morning with a response. I needed my carpets in my new home cleaned specifically on Wednesday (two days away) due to movers and remodeling being done. They were able to accommodate my time frame. Two men came right on time and got right to work. They cleaned the carpets in my large master suite, walk in closet, hallway, spare bedroom, and the stairs all in an hour. I went to Pinnacle because I have a gorgeous antique oriental rug that had picked up a musty odor from storage, and this was the best customer experience I've had in a while. Pinnacle cleaned for me yesterday, which included an area rug, stairs, hallway, and three bedrooms. I am so happy with it! We had a couch cushion that required some extensive (and not so pleasant!) cleaning. We found this place on Yelp and decided to check them out. They were very reasonable priced and had the cushion cleaned in less time than they quoted. There is still a small stain visible, but no fault of theirs - it's a feat in and of itself that they salvaged the cushion! read more

I have three old dogs and need to have my rugs and carpet cleaned often. They do a great job of removing the stains and odors. They can now dye areas of the rug that are stained. I am planning on having this done soon. They also cleaned my stair carpet, removed fridge on a circular rug and cleaned a silk rug. I collect rugs when I travel. Not only do they financial valuable but also sentimental value. I would not trust anyone else to clean my rugs. And finally, unlike other cleaners, their spot cleaner really works on dog urine. read more

Recently, I purchased a MacKenzie Childs rug and when I took it in for cleaning, Kyle noticed the backing wasn't up to par. He gave me a quick call to suggest a process to put a new backing on it, thus extending the life of the rug. Excellent customer service and cleaning service! This ranges from Kevin himself all the way down to the person who answers the phone. Both before coming out and in person, Kevin explains every step of the process and why he is doing what he is doing. He and his employees are professional, courteous, responsible, and honest - he made no promises he couldn't keep, and was very reasonable about what they would be able to do. For us, he worked on getting old dog odor (wet dog odor from oils, not urine) out of deep pile carpet. He was able to in one room, and made a significant difference in the other (and warned us that it may not work). My two-year-old got ahold of my older daughter's bright pink lipstick, put it on herself, and then rubbed her face all over my nice light blue and striped upholstered rocker. She also added a few pen marks and other stains for good measure. I had Pinnacle come out today andante working their magic, the chair looks brand new. They also cleaned another upholstered armchair that was looking really dingy, and two area rugs. They all look great.
