He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

I was so desperate that I wanted it removed that day, but was advised to take an antibiotic first and come back when the swelling was gone. Excellent advice! The whole staff here is amazing, and you will leave feeling like you were a movie star in Malibu getting the high profile courtesy, attention and treatment. I seriously cannot recommend them enough, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to their services in your time of need.

Must of got a really good laugh out of it. They left me outside. I finally got in my car 20 min or so later. Hot and frustrated. I would just skip this place. They clearly don't need your business. Both locations told me over the phone that they were primary providers for my insurance company. Dr. Gleave was able to get me in 30 minutes earlier so I decided to go with his office. I was immediately brought back to the chair when I arrived and was numbed. Dr. Cleve then opened up the canals to my tooth and placed a temporary filling. He then informed me that I would have to come back to finish the tooth and charged me $550 None of this was discussed prior to my treatment. I then had to come back a second time and have the tooth finished. I was bawling in pain during both procedures and he just pushed through it as tears streamed down my face. I was then told I owed an additional $700. I left the office still in pain, and ended up going to a different dentist where I was informed Dr. Gleave missed a root when doing my root canal, and I would have to pay this new office for their work fixing the tooth he didn't finish properly. Then months later, I received a text from Dr. Gleave that I owe him an additional $729.93 This place is horrible and took advantage of me when I was in pain. I 100% would never let anyone ever come here. Absolutely disgusting what happened.
