Colonial would absolutely NOT communicate with me or my title company AT ALL to get a loan payoff amount statement, a necessary document to allow us to close. After months of effort by me and the title company to get ANY communication at all from Colonial, they were completely unresponsive. The title people were astonished that Colonial was so impossible to work with and so completely void of any communication at all. Ultimately, I was unable to sell the house to this buyer because it was not possible to close on that sale within their time frame of two months due to the lack of a closing statement from Colonial. Now, without a buyer, the housing market has taken a dive and I am forced to lease the house out to afford to move (had to move for new job). So, thanks for financially wrecking me, Colonial. I will make sure everyone in my life knows to avoid Colonial. I can now clearly see that Luigi is innocent. Colonial is pure evil.
