Getting emails they did a home inspection. The quote they did send was not even close to what my home is. I called cancelling a quote. I have called and requested if they did indeed start a policy that they needed to cancel immediately and I am still getting emails from them about a policy that I do not have. They have not returned a single call. Next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and the Office of the Attorney General.

Debit cards have been hacked and most recently bill pay online has failed with our mortgage company and electric company. We have stopped using bill pay due to the inconsistencies experienced. The latest, just yesterday, we noticed our mortgage payment scheduled fir payment on the 1st of every month was still not paid on June 3rd. We called and were told a third party handles bill pay and if a payment is due on the 1st of the month and that is a Saturday then payment should be received by the 8th!! With all the automation in automatic recurring payments, this is a joke. Consider paying another way other than their bill pay. Times have changed...
