Even after making three payments to them (of $300) for the vehicle, I'm not even in their system!! They need to seriously figure their s**t out if they are going to continue to offer vehicle loans. This is ridiculous. I just had to miss a day of school (I pay $100 a day for this school) to come here and figure out all the little details! AND I had to take my own paperwork to the tax office just to get my plates, because the bank wouldn't give me a temporary plate till my real ones came in!

Three days later I still haven't received correspondence from my sales associate on the parts that they took from the car that were on the sticker, I paid for the parts. Don't know where they are. Next I realized that they have touched up the paint all along the passenger side from transportation damage, and left the damage on the rear of the vehicle. I will take half the blame for that, I should have inspected better but needed to make the trip back. Typical car sales take your money and then forget about you. This is a warning about their service dept. If they have no quality control and hire anyone to do a simple oil change causing vehicle damage, then who knows where else they cut corners.
