The automated system will offer a call back to your phone, if the Individual doesn't want to stay stay on hold, I select this option. This never happens. I never get a call back, which is why I finally decided to leave the Credit Union, after only 2 months! Many other reasons too. When I ask questions over the phone, I'm given vague answers by the agents on the call center line. Very unprofessional, and unknowledgeable., unhelpful, it's very frustrating that I have to go into the branch to get my help from an agent that knows what they're doing. That's why I've decided to leave Members Credit Union because I need a more reliable service that can provide better service over the phone.

Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. That's exactly what I felt like as of 1/6/2012. On that…read moreparticular day, I walked into the establishment of Quick Loans, located at the at the address of 3151 S Cooper St Ste 121 in Arlington Texas. The place has anual revenues of a half a million dollars with respect to 4 employees. It's privately owned and pretty well kept. I have very decent credit and have been in the banking finance industry for 15 years, and not only no every scam that is out there, but can also tell when lending procedures aren't being followed correctly. As of October 2010 I had an acct with Quick Loans with respect to a six month loan and always paid more than the minimum monthly payment. But on this day, I would be bitten and smitten. The Branch Managers name is Oscar Rosales. To describe the thought process of Mr. Rosales, on the surface he is cool, but as a business man not so cool when it comes down to doing his job, most especially when you have had one or two loans with him and you have paid them according to the contract, only for him not to reopen you. This is what happened to me that day. I wanted to add another trade line on my credit report and this guy wouldn't even reopen my acct. He told me that he spoke to the owners and they said no, needless to say the real reason why was because he didn't want to reopen it and of course Mr. Rosales doesn't want to work. Needless to say the correct procedure is after you have paid off a loan, and you the customer come back to do another installment contract per terms the indeirment it is consider to be a new obligation, and of course the same process must be conducted all over again. This guy not only didn't take a new loan app, or pull credit nor did he even review the acct, which he could sense every thing is automated but he didn't even sit down and talk to me. But he never had too because we use to work in the same lending industry and we were both Branch Managers, so I know what he can and can't do. Mr. Rosales, not the owners, denied me based on the fact I switched industries not on the strength of the application or credit report, but denied only for the pure and simple reason that he himself doesn't want to even service the loan if he had too only because Oscar really doesn't like to work. It's ironic, the place is suppose to be Quick Loans, but you get denied really Quick with respect to your loan. My advice to anyone that is in the Arlington Area, because loan companies like these which are considered to be Micro Lenders only work off Zip Code and nothing else, to please consider other loan options before even considering taking your business or risking your credit profile to Quick Loans, your just wasting your own time with respect to picking up the phone or calling. This guy is pathetic. I would advise anyone and everyone not to business with this individual with respect to his lending practice and behavior with respect to industry standards. Over a 5 month period, I emailed and spoke with the agent several times and he said that he was still checking into it. I finally decided to change agents since nothing was getting done. After going with a new agent, Frankie Robbins, I called their office and asked them if they could find out why my rate had been raised. Their office said they would look into it and call me back. Within 15 minutes, their office called me back and said that the vehicle in question was not receiving the multi-car discount and homeowners discount which was what was making the rate higher. HELLO???!!! Why did it take over 5 months for the other office, Jerry Britow's, to not see this and take it off. PURE LAZINESS!!! Would love to have the overpayments back!!!!
