It's an intriguing concept in modern living. The only outdoor space is in the front of the units. The end models may have wrap-around porch spaces, plus more windows, making them premium choices. To compensate, small pocket parks are planned throughout the complex, including picnic tables, simple barbecue grills, country-style landscaping, plus a pool complex yet to come. Many energy efficient features come standard in the homes, like dual-paned windows, and tankless water heaters. The exteriors sport a farmhouse aesthetic, with a few variations. Overall, more would be better to boost the character factor. Inside, open concept living is what it's all about. The size varies from about 1350 to 2200 square feet, plus attached two car garages. Prices range from $500,000 to around $620,000. It was fun to see the current interpretation of decorating style in these new spaces. Some great color combos and fun textures were on display. One drawback, from my perspective, is that none of the homes include a fireplace. This seems to be a newer trend, and it's hard to enjoy Hearth and Home without the hearth part. I suppose you can overcome that disappointment with your walk-in closet and upstairs laundry room. Those are included in all plans. Happy days! For those with no interest in yard work, this is your kind of place, so check it out.

My Wife and I have lived here for over 20 years & For the last 6 years we have sent multiple EMAILS…read moreto Lynn in the office Regarding our awning that is going to fall anytime now she said she would make sure the problem would be addressed that didn't happen.my wife and I have been asking the park manager about the (2) Italian Cypress trees that are leaning against our awning causing the awning to bend,I spoke to Jimmy about the situation approximately 3 years ago during our conversation he said I have a meeting at the other park I will get back to you that NEVER happened,So now our awning is so damaged by those trees if I were to walk under the awning my head would just about hit the awning.were going to send Lynn one more EMAIL so she can forward it to Jimmy who hasn't responded to any of our other EMAILS if he doesn't respond to this EMAIL about fixing this serious issue he will be hearing from our attorney I'm done playing this so called managers games Besides the trees completely damaging our awning it has also buckled our driveway to the point that it will eventually damage our home our neighbor a couple of doors down had his driveway fixed and his driveway fixed.we sent pictures of the damage to our ATTORNEY Sincerely Mr/Mrs Maxwell

They have…read moreinformed me even though I have a Westlake Village address, I am zoned "Thousand Oaks" so I have contacted Thousand Oaks City Hall and they are filing a report and taking action. The process: they notify county, county comes to do an inspection. Then they decide if the building needs to be tented and vacated. I am starting the process to break my lease with the on site manager. Such a nightmare, no one...let alone a single mother of 2 should ever have to go through this awful mess. The mold problem cannot be addressed. I am informed that the state has no legal action or law for mold on property windows. I will attach some photos so you can all see what we have been dealing with. I took this action, because this apartment complex needs to be accountable. They are spraying my home with toxins. I have asked for list of what chemicals they are using and I have never gotten it. I also found out, they should be spraying every 3 days three times a day. they have been spraying my home only, once every Monday. My neighbors were not sprayed until recently. We all should have been warned and sprayed in the correct fashion...and possibly put in hotel. And a cleaning service and carpet washing should have happened after...but NONE did. I spent a week cleaning up the dead and live bugs left behind after fogging was done. My carpet was full of cockroaches trying to flee the kitchen and crawl away. I will have to pay for a cleaning service to come...and a carpet cleaning service to come...unless the city gives us orders to leave...then-I won't even bother, I will just go. I cannot tell you the damage this process has done. I have had migraine headaches and my skin has broken out...all from the chemicals. I could never recommend this complex to anyone.

Disgusting. Our cat hunts them at night, every night at 10pm. We keep our kitchen clean but there is no stopping the bugs. One more con that is not related to IMT directly is that a lot of the tenants here smoke. It is hard to get a breeze without the smell of smoke in the evenings. I suppose this is just part of living by tons of other people who have the freedom to choose whether they want to smoke or not. Pros: The apartment complex is mostly quiet, except for when people decide to have loud fights in the middle of the night, during which everything can be heard. But during normal nights, it is easy to get a peaceful night's sleep, which is rare for an apartment complex. Another pro: jacuzzi is awesome. It's large enough to enjoy some time with several friends in a hot tub.

After becoming a tenant at this great complex, Leah wold hold community events and actually was part of the live music for the residents. The complex management including the owners are kind they go out of their way to make you feel like family. The gated community is a huge plus to know my car is safe. They offer high tec locks that I can actually open my place with my Apple Watch, which I was given on my move in! We were so lucky to have been able to find Westlake Villas for our parents! The grounds are meticulously maintained, it is quiet, the rubbish skips are never full as rubbish collections come daily. They are constantly maintaining the property and always give timely updates and notices. With the new trend of apartment properties being gobbled up by heartless corporate AI run real estate investment firms Westlake Villas is privately owned by a human family with heart! I have never met them but I do know that the owners are fair and kind! Another indication that they really care about their tenants is in whom they have chosen as their amazing property management team, Noelle and Blanca! They are the bee's knees. They are so accommodating and helpful. They continually go above and beyond to help us out. They are responsive, attentive, and always speak to you with a smile on their faces. To any of our friends and acquaintances who ask for suggestions of where they should consider moving to...we ALWAYS urge them to consider Westlake Villas! You really can't go wrong. We went on several occasions and had it to ourselves. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance, especially Anthony, is excellent. They promptly answer requests and we were always happy with their service. I felt they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in our home. I would highly recommend living here and would have stayed longer if we weren't relocating to another city.

DO NOT LEASE AT ANY JONES AND JONES PROPERTY. The AC units cause fires which they front office will just blow off. The plumbing is AWFUL with literal FECES AND RAW SEWAGE coming up through the showers. But they will only put a band-aid fix on that so get used to that raw sewage smell! They also allow illegal parking in front of mailboxes that have been broken into and vandalised. So your mail is not safe. Also, our car port storage unit was broken into and stolen from. They only respond to emails or concerns after several follow ups or if you call them out in a public forum. But they don't like that so they delete reviews and comments and will block you from posting on their community page, a community that you live in! But the biggest issue is the thief in the front office stealing rent checks. The front office will promise you that they are "looking into it" and will follow up later that day. But I'm now over a week waiting on a response to see what happened to our rent check that someone at the front office probably stole. This whole community is a scam and these people should be ashamed for working for this company. They DO NOT care about safety concerns, they only care about getting your rent check and buying good reviews so they can save face. I regret every living here and can't wait to be out of here! WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE EVER.
