I need to get a tetanus booster after my trip to Pinky's. I got home after a pedicure, and the bottom of my foot hurt. I took off my sandal and looked- there is a huge wound and blood on the bottom of my foot. This after 3 baths were drawn at intolerable temperature extremes. I've had a lot of pedicures- all somewhere between fine and nice. This was extraordinary. Steer clear. read more

Everything was perfectly satisfactory. Lots of colors to choose from and nice people... they adapted to my schedule and took me in within an hour. My toes look great! Thank you! read more

This is a pretty basic nail salon but I must say they were rather efficient, professional and detail oriented! I was very happy with my pedicure and my daughter got a gel manicure and pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed her visit. read more

Believe reviews when you read them. We made an appointment for 4 pedicures and when we got here none of the bays were ready. We finally all sat down and got started. One of us (myself) had the the staff suddenly walk away. Minutes later she reappeared with a bowl of food. No joke. She began eating and feeding the two kids that were running around the nail salon. And, by the way, she was completely barefoot. After all the other girls were just about done, someone else finally came to finish my toes, or so I thought. A man sat down and lotioned and massaged my leg. Then he walked away. I have two legs!!! What about the other one?!?! If I ever venture back to Chelan and need a pedi I will definitely not come here, unless I want a good laugh instead of a pedicure. read more

I've only been to Pinky's a handful of times but each time my experience is better and better. I love that they welcome walk-ins and groups! This is the perfect spot for some time with your girlfriends or just a quick trip to pamper yourself. They are always speedy and the price is great. I've seen reviews about the people being rude but I've honestly never experienced a rude moment with them. Ive had 4 different people do my mani/pedi and they were all very friendly. They asked enough to get to know you and feel comfortable but they don't talk your ear off. I love Pinky Nails and will continue to pamper myself here! read more

Pinky's Nails - Shellac mani/pedi - Nail Salons Near Me - Chelan, Washington

Took me in on short notice. Very busy here but friendly. Not perfect, but fast and got the fill and repair I needed.

This was our first stop on our trip to Chelan. The shop was clean and had a wide selection of nail polish colors and products to choose from. The shop had tips in various colors, nail jewelry, and powders for "dip" with the capability to do ombré nail. The shop was pretty busy but the staff took their time on each customer and listened to their needs. The prices were reasonable and the staff is friendly. I got a fill with shellac and a pedicure, not disappointed! Will definitely come back on my next trip to Chelan. read more

I was very surprised they did not clean nail clippers between customers. Really gross! I will never go there again! Also it was like a day care in back, the little boy kept calling Mommy. While I was getting my fingers done she answered the phone and the phone is not white anymore disgusting black. What I would tell you if they need a lesson in cleaning. The woman who did my nails was very nice but unfortunately I didn't feel like it was a clean place! read more

I highly recommend Pinky's Nails! I get pedicures regularly and they are always very nice and do an excellent job. I just took my Dad in today to get his first pedicure and they were so amazing, so kind, did such a great job. The ladies really made our day. I take exception to any bad reviews here because I have never been disappointed in the service, the people, the atmosphere. My toenails always come out perfect and last a long time. Thank you, Pinky! read more

It was ok. I think this is the only nail place in town. Grandma at the front desk is very set in her ways and not exactly the welcoming comity. A friend and I stopped here for a pedicure, we called ahead and luckily it wasn't very busy. My friend had the same person during the entire service. She looked rather bored and quite bothered to be doing her job. I had 3 different techs. The first was nice, the second was grandma and she wasn't bad but I got more of a leg massage rather than a pedicure. Then last was the guy who kid of just appeared and put a way too hot towel on my legs. The polish job was great! But the overall "pedicure" was kind of lame. I pretty much got a calf massage and my nail polish changed. read more

Came here with my mom to get a manicure and was pleasantly surprised they offered "dip". I was passed between two people, assuming the first employee didn't know know to do a dip mani, and then the second employee dipped my nails 7 times until the polish was piled high on my nails before filing it down. Once it was filed down he had realized that he filed too far and had to reapply globs of polish to dip more color. Once I was done with about 10 layers of the dip polish he had again filed them down and called it done. They were all CLEARLY inexperienced. I will not be back and would not recommend. #globs read more

Pinky's Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Chelan, Washington

This place is very unprofessional and dirty. She allows her kids and neighborhood kids to run in and out, people walk around without shoes, and a couple of the ladies are very rude. They cut nails too short and do a shit job painting. read more

This nail salon was very impressive! Quick service and they did an amazing job as well as had a crazy big color selection!

They were the only place available for walk-in. It's not as bad as the reviews mention. It is your typical fast "in and out" nail salon. $28 for a cut and dry pedicure. No bells and whistles. Not many current / fancy colors to pick from. The nail techs are HARD working ! read more

Went to pinkys for the first time with my mom yesterday to get mani pedis to celebrate Halloween. The pedicures were great and the staff was friendly. But when it came to getting acrylics, there's a reason for the 3 out of 5. My acrylics are crooked and don't match eachother on placement. She didn't give me what I wanted (which I showed her the picture many times) and instead she added artwork that, to me, is old school. My mom's regular manicure was beautiful. Maybe I got a tech on her bad day. read more

Pinky Nails-I'm not typically someone who will write a poor review, I'd rather not say anything at all, but if this spares someone spending their hard earned money then it's a must-post. No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service...And I'm not talking about the customers. Most of the employees had no shoes, one had a see-through shirt with a nipple hanging out, and the service was horrible. I don't even think you can call that service. There were 3 of us...2 pedicures and 1 shellac polish change=$90(WITHOUT THE TIP). It took 3 nail techs to complete one of the pedis and my 3 year old daughter could have done a better job on the shellac polish change, no joke. I saw enough in the 30 minutes we were there than I could bare, along with a woman getting tips put on and having one pop off onto the floor and watching the nail tech reapply it! Next time I will wait until I make the 4 hour trip back home! read more

The worst experience at a nail salon ever. I got to soak in cold water after asking 3 times to please add hot water for my pedicure . My whole pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes. I think my heels were rougher than when I came in....to top it all off ....the owners 4 or 5 year old was allowed to ride her trike all around on the salon while screaming ...never go back. I will drive 3 hours home . read more

Believe all the reviews, I come to chelan to visit my grandparents, so I treated my grandma to get her nails done with me, Ya know have a nice girls day, NOPE! RUINED!! This place is so dirty, the language barrier is terrible!!! and don't get me started on the quality!! When I get my nails done I want a nice relaxing place, know that I'm getting what I wanted and I'm well taken care of, I barely had a selection, the nail polish looks as old as time, and I left with a not-so-pleasing manicure. I went in wanting shellac French tips, and walked out with a strip of white polish on the tips with a slab of clear coat on top, and paid way to much for what I got! I'm warning you, don't go there, it's gross, overpriced, and just plain out a pain! read more

Got the job done after an active morning. A little more than I like to spend for a quick pedicure. Its actually called Pinky Nails, which made it hard to find. read more

Not the nicest nail salon I've been to but considering the lack of options in the area this was convenient and got the job done. Our experience was not nearly as bad as the other reviews. read more

Pinkys. Looked forward to a foot massage. She rubbed my shin. Over priced, mediocre job. Worked on me while she jumped from me to two other customers all at the same time. read more

This place has gotten a ton of bad reviews so I've been avoiding them. I really needed my nails done so I decided to take the risk and they were great! Sometimes you just need to give places a 2nd chance! Thank you for doing a good job and I will be back! read more

this place was not very good. the workers were rude and rushing it. not welcoming i wouldn't go again. my gel nails are chunky and had HAIR in them also my cuticles bled. if only bill davis were there it would've gone much better. a random persoon the street would do a better job. Drive out of town it's worth it. read more

I came here despite the reviews & they did a fine job! They didn't rush and my nails turned out beautiful. I'm very satisfied w/ my experience read more

I got a full set of acrylics and they're pretty good only thing is that they're kind of rough but overall good

I usually don't do too many reviews but because this place had such bad reviews I needed to give my two cents. My daughter and I made a last minute appt and it was wonderful. Quick, but very relaxing and the service was great. It will be a vacation ritual for us now. read more

Went here recently. I've been here a few times before and been cut before, but thought I'd go back, as it's hard to find a walk-in salon in Chelan. This visit, the pedicurest started clipping, working really fast, and cut me. I asked her to slow down as I saw the blood. She did so, but as I noticed her applying the polish and swishing the blood back. Of course the polish dried wrong, as I noticed quickly. I paid and left, but later I realized the pain was really bothering me and the polish was bumpy, so I got my back up and went in to ask for a refund. The scene was weird. Apparently the guilty nail tech and the owner were bickering loudly behind the door in another language. The owner came back and told me she'd redo the pedicure, but I refused. Fool me twice, and all. So she finally gave me back 10 bucks, saying she'd never done this kind of thing before, etc. I told her that she should, and so on. Never again! read more

The name for this place is actually Pinky Nails, but the number and address are correct. I made a reservation and still had to wait for 35 minutes to be seated for a pedicure. And they seated three walk ins before me. The technician spent less than five minutes on my nails, an didn't trim or file them. They burned me with the hot towels and didn't use a bottom coat with the nail polish. I was kicked out of my seat as soon as they finished painting. I spent more time on the couch waiting for them than they spent on my nails. Not to mention they charge 28$ for a pedi! read more

I read the reviews but because of the fires and a few planning changes, I had to leave town for our wedding in Chelan without visiting my regular salon. I was basically desperate for somebody to make my hands look presentable for my wedding the next day. With that being said, I wish I had kept my 2+weeks shellac bright pink grow out over the results I got at pinkys. They were rude and used a drill to file the shellac off, which made my nails paper thin. The new shellac was all over my skin and looked dull and rushed. I could see the left over bright pink color underneath and on my wedding day, the unfinished edges kept getting caught in my hair and lace dress. Some of my nails were filed into points, some were filed nicely, some looked like a beaver chewed on them. I was just happy to be out of there and make it to my rehearsal on time. I didn't want to have them do it over and deal with the rude service any longer. The man doing my nails was clearly mad about something, it could have been the employees small children screaming and running through the shop. Even if you are as desperate as I was, don't go here unless you want bad results. read more

I asked for a manicure. The lady cut my nails below the quick, did not shape the cuticles, and now I look as though I am a six year old nail biter, to say nothing of the fact that they are sore and one thumb is bleeding. Believe me, from now on I will do it myself. read more

Only one of the staff members was friendly, the tool that was used on my daughter was not cleaned first, and then passed to be used on another client. I figured they would switch the head of the file. When I asked my daughter if she saw them not switch it, or clean it before the next customer, she told me they didn't for her either. The polish does not cover all of my toes completely. They did not sanitize the foot soakers after our pedicures, and then just refilled them for the next customers. That is a total health hazard, at the very least I expect cleanliness. read more

Make the drive to Wenatchee for a quick, inexpensive mani/pedi. Or hit Campbell's Spa for a pricey but well done one. Me and my sister went. The person doing my pedicure offered me a flower for my toe. I declined. My sister asked the man doing hers if she could have one and he said they didn't do that. Uh. read more
