Wish I could give no stars. I was so prepared to buy this great Maxi I saw on the Instagram account and I've been following them for awhile, so excited to shop here, but received the worst treatment of my life. I walked in and all the sales girls were sitting in chairs didn't even acknowledge me. One girl was talking about getting her daddy's credit card. I'm just really disappointed that somewhere I was looking forward to regularly shopping at treated me like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman on Rodeo Drive. read more

I have visited Pinks twice in the last month each with very disappointing results. The first time I went in the store was closing early, and I had about 10 minutes to spare. I was looking for something specific, and was going to ask the salesgirl, but the second I walked in she pointedly looked at her watch and told me I should hurry up because the store was closing and then walked away. I looked around for a minute, didn't find what I wanted and left without another word from any of the sales girls. I've shopped here before and never had this experience so I was more than willing to give it another chance. So a couple days ago I had a few minutes to kill and decided to stop in. This time no one met me at the door or anywhere in the store to say hello. The store had a few people in it but was by no means busy. I began shopping and found a necklace that I loved, right by the checkout desk. Instead of interacting with me at all, the three sales girls (maybe only two and a friend??) were talking to each other and completely ignoring me. Once again I left empty handed, but this time with a very bad taste in my mouth. I used to love this store and would shop here whenever I could, but now I think I'll take my business elsewhere. There are lots of great boutique shops in the area that are very nice to customers and welcome my business! read more

I like this little shop. If Free People and Top Shop had a tiny shop baby, it would be Pinks. Everything is ridiculously affordable, and I've never had anyone say, "Oh, did you get that at...or, I have that same......" However, be warned: there is no return policy, only an exchange one. So, don't buy a gift here unless you are 120% sure it is the perfect thing. And, while it's darling that the sales girls think everyone should dress like they are 22, it's up to you to know better. read more

I stopped by Pink's today for the first time, intrigued by the 'straight from L.A.' sign on the door . They had a nice variety of clothing, great prices, and incredible customer service. I found a few items that I liked, and waited for a fitting room (about 10 min). The sales associates were very sweet and helpful, and they picked out several items for me that I loved. I left with 5 items (all tops) for $120! I will be back! read more

I have shopped at Pinks for a number of years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The staff is really sweet and takes the time to get to know you and what you enjoy wearing. They are also BRUTALLY HONEST! If I ask for advice they don't try and sell me they just let me know the truth. I read another review about the staff being pushy, scaring the customer with attentiveness, or selling them... that really surprises me. I have never once gotten that impression and neither have any of my friends who consistently shop here! They only purchase six of each item and no reorders so I never see my outfit anywhere else! They are also really good about returns! 10 days with receipt and tags, easy enough! read more

Great customer service, that is always friendly and willing to help out. Pink's used to be my go-to a few years back. Lately, their clothes seem to be a little cheesy and not good quality. All the dresses and rompers are cute concepts, but aren't quite "there". I'm 5'9, and all the dresses are way too short for me. Great store for girls in high school looking for trendy clothing. read more

Cute selection but the quality of the clothing is horrendous. Cheap, poorly made clothing is ruined after just one delicate washing. I definitely have no plans of ever visiting this store again.. and will gladly share my experience with friends and family. read more

I LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE! They have the most adoreable clothing at reasonable prices,and their staff is amazing! Even if you walk in alone, you feel like you've brought your best girlfriend w/ you, b/c the employees are honest, help you pick stuff, and are so fun! You can wear the cutest trendiest stuff w/o paying lots for it. Plus, you won't see everyone else wearing what you're wearing! I always get tons of compliments on the clothing I buy there, and I feel like I get SO much bang for my buck! Another fun aspect is that even though they're a small boutique, , they're constantly getting new stuff, so every time you walk in (even if it's a week later!) it's all brand new!. Finally, I really appreciate that their clothing fits me! I'm tall and big chested ( wear a dress size 16 to get my "twins" to fit, then have to have the waist altered b/c I wear a size 12 pant), so often trendy places NEVER work out for me, but most things fit here, which makes me so happy! This is my new favorite store. I'm pretty sure that this will be one of the only places that I plan on shopping from now on. I love how the clothes look and how different they are. Each item comes in 3 sizes with just two items per size. This will ensure that you will not look like anyone else here in Denver. The ladies that work here are extremely willing to help you pick out an outfit and I enjoy this, because they choose things that you would have never chosen to begin with. read more

I was in desperate need to find a unique clothing store where I could find a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I could not be happier with PInk's, the staff was beyond helpful; trying clothes on, giving me recommendations, unbelievable. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with a great gift, and they wrapped it! Horrible service! We received a gift right before we went out of town. When we got back and went to exchange it (it didn't fit) it was over their time limit for exchanges (by a few days) so refused to help out, even though there was no way for us to return it in time. They were completely unhelpful. What is the point of patronizing a small independently owned business if they can't personalize their approach. I can get bad service at Dillard's, no need to go to Pink's again! read more

This was my first time at Pinks. This store is a little small, but they cram a lot of stuff in here. I was shopping with my mom when she came to visit and we were completely ignored by the staff. I kind of had the feeling they weren't going to give us any attention unless we seemed serious about buying something. We didn't even get a hello when we walked in. Both associates were on their phones and did not look up. When I asked for a size in a dress one of the girls had on she looked at me like I was the biggest problem. She was trying the dress on and taking pictures of herself in it. We spent a lot of time here and I liked the clothes but my mom got so fed up with the way we were being treated she ended up saying we would go somewhere else and that she would not get anything at the store. I was told to try Pink's when I could not find a formal dress at Wish for my boyfriends fraternity formal. I will stick to Wish from now on. The staff staff at Wish is so nice and helpful and they even write you a thank you card after your first visit! But if you like clothes you see at other boutiques and being ignored maybe you would like it here. read more
