Ordered a linen jacket on 5/24/2025 was supposed to include a free gift . Waited and waited kept checking tracking and it was not tracking messaged the store and asked about where my package was and the invoice did not show my gift . The owner said she didn't know if i got the gift her employee can't remember if she packed me one and said sorry not my problem your package is not there . So i wait another week then my package ends up in Puerto Rico ! I live in Florida She was rude then she accused me of trying to scam her because i contacted PayPal and let them know i had not received my jacket i paid 170.00 for finally on 6/12 my jacket arrived . Owner is rude and does not value her customers she never offered me anything for all the issues ! Just a sorry not my problem . Do not recommend shopping there ! Terrible customer service to deny the return of an item that was never worn and still had tags. I understand the receipt states 14 days for returns but a store credit should be offered at least. I tried to return it as soon as I could on the twentieth day. As a long time customer and a wife with a closet full of Lilly clothes, I will go to Belk from now on. I went into the shop on Thursday ~3:30 and ending up purchasing a $200 top/ skirt combo. The next day, the brand was 30% off. I hadn't even taken the outfit out of the bag yet. I went up to the store, and I very kindly asked if I can please return the item and repurchase and the owner said no, that they don't do "price adjustments." I understand from a management perspective not being able to do a "price adjustment" for everyone, but the principle of the matter is that I bought the item the previous day, right before they closed, and as good business practice and based on the circumstances, she should have made it right. What they should have done to begin with was tell me, "hey, we're having a sale tomorrow, come back and stock up!" And I would have spent plenty more. But they didn't tell, and went out of their way to be conniving. I returned the outfit. I asked to buy it back, and they said no- that they had to take it to the back for "steaming." I live in Devine District, and shop in the area frequently. They beg us to shop local, but when we do, they treat us like this. I'm over it. Was $60 worth losing a customer over?Their loss... I told my friends about it and they were all annoyed and agreed that the owner was lousy for that. There's nothing in there that you can't buy online. Update: my friend went in the next day and bought it for me on sale. So ridiculous we had to do all that. Just so the owner knows..I got my "price adjustment" and you lost a customer. read more

I typically purchase Lilly online or occasionally at the mall in Columbia. Last week I was downtown and decided to pop on in. I'm so glad I did. The girl working was so so sweet and very friendly. She helped me pick out sizes and gave her personal opinion on the things I tried on. The store was soooo cute and placed very well for easy shopping. The fitting rooms were roomy and hand painted. But after three years, I started using the word "y'all" and eating fried green tomatoes, so I thought, "Why not take a look?" Y'all, I went in thinking I'd take a quick look and I walked out with matching rompers for my daughter and myself. The women who run the shop were incredible. Sometimes high-end boutiques can be snobby around here, but not Pink Sorbet! They were so nice and helpful, even though I walked in 10 minutes until close. The people here are as cold as it's name. My daughter stopped in here on Saturday March 19. We were looking for a graduation dress for her high school graduation party. It is a special party that the senior parents put on for the senior class. But we walked into this store, my daughter dressed in cut off Jean shorts and myself not too over dressed, we were not even acknowledged, not one sales person greeted us or asked if we needed help. My daughter tried on one size 2 dress and it looked darling on her and no t one sales person said a word to us. We felt like we were being snubbed. We walked in hoping to make a purchase but of course we left without spending a penny and will never return. read more

I LOVE shopping in Pink Sorbet! It's friendly, clean and a fun place to walk in to! There is an awesome Sale Room in the back and is always full of well-priced goodies if you want to snag a deal. PS also orders 14's and 16's for most Lilly Pulitzer product cuts, so it's a great place to look if you're one of those sizes. This is my all time favorite Lilly store! I used to go here all the time in undergrad to browse and buy dresses for functions. The owner is there a lot of the time and is so friendly as are all the sales associates. My last time there we were accidentally not charged for a necklace but did not realize it until we were out of the area. I contacted the owner and she was so friendly and understanding and told us not to worry about it! The store is always laid out very nicely and nothing is ever out of place. Their sale section is always pretty full too, which is nice as a former college student. I never felt that we weren't treated with the utmost respect even though we were obviously students. read more

They are amazing! They are very kind and helpful, not at all snobby as some Lilly stores can be. Their selection is great, plenty of every size. The sale here is also incredible, they have an entire sale room in the back that changes out regularly.
