Oops is a really fun store! They have a lot of really nice clothing that you can get at a reasonable price, to include some really unique shirts and hats that you won't find at a big box store, and which is much cheaper than going to a specialty store. It's also a great place to get Yeti gear such as hats or coolers, as well as other stocking-stuffer types of miscellaneous items. I'd highly recommend stopping in and checking it out! read more

Wow! I was so disappointed with the service that I did not receive today at Oops! I made a special trip to find something different, paid for parking, and spent time carefully browsing the store, and even tried on a few items; I invested in this. A man who seemed to be a regular customer was engaging in conversation with the store manager and the other female during his transaction. When I stepped up to the counter I said "Hello," and stated that I was ready to checkout. Both females behind the counter acted as if they did not hear me, and continued the conversation with the long since paid customer, so I walked out. I came back into the store to discover that they were still engaged in the same conversation. I told the cashier, who happened to be the manager that I did not appreciate the way I was ignored. The other female got an attitude. I told them that I made a special trip to the store to shop and I didn't appreciate being ignored. She snatched to top off the counter and I asked for the corporate office contact information. I asked the clerk for her name and she scribbled something on the back. A customer did apologize for the situation. I was there to have the same experience as the person who they were ignoring me for!!! read more

Oops is one of my favorite stores located in five points. They always have cute seasonal pieces at the prices but Great quality. The store is always clean and inviting and the staff is really nice. You can find an array Of quality brands at grey prices! read more

First time in this store and I loved it! I am visiting and have visited in the past and not been able to come in. Everything is priced fairly and so many options! I can always seem to find something cheap and awesome everytime I come here. The store has more women's clothes than men's but they do a really good job of cycling through the merch for both. There is also a small kids section in the back for the little ones. You can find lots of Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Gap, etc here, and they seem to always have some men's khakis for $20 from BR and others. They also have a good selection of Made in the USA socks. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. They do have a parking lot off of Blossom, but I can not seem to ever park in it so I just feed the meter on Harden. read more

I love Oops! Every time I'm in Charleston I stop by their store, so of course I go to the one in Columbia too! Oops!'s stock is catalogue returns or unsold merchandise. They carry a lot of nice brands, like Gap, White House Black Market, Ann Taylor, etc. They also have some jewelry, accessories, and gift items like ReWined Candles, YETI cups (I think), and more. I have gotten some really nice pajamas from Oops in the past and I really like their selection. Definitely a cool place to stop by in Five Points! read more
