Let's just start out by admitting that our fur babies are probably treated better than our human…read morebabies. There, I confessed. (don't show this to my kids ) So, imagine my immense relief and satisfaction when I found this cute, little place way out in the country. (No busy roads or highways to worry about, or heavy traffic to scare your pooch) These people know how to take care of your fur babies! Crystal does an amazing job with grooming our dogs that we wouldn't even consider taking them anywhere else. Even though it's a boarding/grooming/doggie daycare facility, the place is always clean and smells fresh! I don't know how they do that! The staff is always courteous and friendly, allowing you to explain exactly what you want your babies to look like after grooming. We've been going for a while now and have never been disappointed. NEVER is a strong word, eh? For your peace of mind, there are two sides to the Hound Lounge, one for large dogs and one for smaller dogs (or maybe to keep some separated who don't get along well with other dogs) Also, there are giant doggie beds! Seriously, I could sleep on one! I love that they try to make the dogs as comfy as possible while their away from home and you. Now, I know what you're thinking. Something this great is probably way too expensive, right? WRONG! Give 'em a call. Their prices are better than anywhere else we tried before. (Pet Smart grooming? Don't get me started!) Just as an FYI, this is NOT a mobile grooming service, but it's so worth the drive!

Lakeview Veterinary Hospital is the absolute worst. My dog broke her leg, and my wife and I decided…read moreto go the nonsurgical route to save money. That roughly cost close to 1k. After the procedure was done, from that moment it got worse. On several occasions, I was charged $50 just because Dr. Noeller touched my dog. Mind you, everyone knows my dog's leg is broken, and it's in her records. So i was confused as to why an exam was needed. On top of that, if you ever need to bring your pet in regarding an emergency, you will be charged $50 for a same day appt. The last appt I specifically told them that I just want a bandage change for my puppy and nothing else. They took it upon themselves to add x-rays when I specifically said no. But there is the kicker. They had the audacity to sneak it in the price. If I wasn't careful, they would have gotten over on me. I would never come back to this place ever again.

Lori did an unsatisfactory job in shampooing and cutting my Maltese. She also cut the mole on my…read moredog's foot after being warned about it. Overall, it was a very poor grooming job. But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.
