After the rave reviews on here, I took my daughter to get a facial with Denyse. Unfortunately, we…read moredidn't have the experience that the others had. We found her to be very nice but overpriced, over talkative, and not professional. Our appointment was at 1:30pm and she arrived at 1:35 with her lunch in hand. We had to wait outside until she unlocked the door. Her desk was a mess and she had trouble finding the intake form. We had to wait longer while she set up. It might just be my standards, but I think it shows professionalism and seriousness when the workspace is clean, clear and ready for business when your client arrives, especially to make a good first impression. Then, during the facial, while the mask was setting, she made a personal phone call where we could overhear her discussion. The extractions were quite painful and my daughter winced and moved her feet quite a bit to get through it. The appointment itself was close to 2 hours long. Once again, Denyse was friendly and I like her integrative approach but overall we do not recommend nor will be returning.

Dynese's work is simply magic. As a young girl growing into my adulthood, I've struggled with…read morehormonal acne off and on for years. Before finding Dynese, I had lost all hope and confidence because of my stubborn acne. Not only do I see results immediately after going in for a facial, but Dynese's products that I use at home have consistently proven to be effective. If you struggle with acne, you know how vulnerable it can feel. What sets Dynese apart from others is this: she never pushes you to spend unnecessary money on products or treatments. She also kindly offers advice on other potential factors (diet, hygiene, stress levels, etc.) that could be effecting your skin to get to the root cause of your unique acne, instead of only offering temporary solutions. She is extremely personable, GENUINE, kind, and incredibly dedicated to her practice and clients. In my experience-- nothing, and I mean not a single product on the market, can out perform Dynese's. She's truly the best and I could not recommend her more. :)

I have been seeing Ana since November 2023. Previously I was driving 50+ minutes out of town to see…read morean esthetician. The drive was a bit much for me, especially since I wasn't impressed with the service or products from that studio. I did a Google search for local estheticians and found Ana. I am SO happy I did! My skin has healed up from many of the dark spots and blemishes I was dealing with. I stopped breaking out, which was starting to become frustrating at 50 years old. My fine lines have receded. I also value a good at home skin care routine, and have purchased several products from the Christina line that Ana carries. While that product line is slightly more expensive than what I was buying elsewhere, it is definitely worth it because I am seeing REAL results. This product line is wonderful! It literally feels like I am applying a nice silky soft cream to my face that absorbs smoothly (no piling), feels light and airy on my face (no caked on feel). I also like that Ana is not a pushy sales person. Ana allows me to talk about what services and products I'd like, and then makes suggestions. Ana is professional, knowledgable, and kind. My skin is glowing not only on my facial dates, but all month long! I am happy to highly recommend her service!

Their services are worth the money and you can check off a lot of boxes at once. You can get derma-planing, eyebrows done, facials, eyelash lifts, etc all at the same place. You really can come here for most of the things you'd want to get done. I seriously loved this place. The service is incredible. I was ALWAYS treated with kindness and love. They are exceptional here. and shout out Bella. Everyone book her. She is so sweet and she's hilarious. I will miss you forever queen.

Starting with the pros: the entire staff is as so kind, the place is well decorated and clean. The…read morebooking process was so easy. I felt my treatment was effective. The cons, unfortunately: I would not consider this a relaxing environment for a spa treatment. The lights overhead are bright, pop music is blaring from the speakers and the treatment areas are separated by a curtain, so you can hear everything going on with the people next to you as well as any chatter happening in the lobby. I'm used to soft lighting, spa music and privacy. Perhaps this would not bother someone, but I want to relax and unwind and the vibe just wasn't for me.
