I contacted the company within 5 minutes of the order being placed to give them more than enough time to update the order or modify. The business has an automated system that continually tells me it can do nothing. Now, in order to get anything back, I need to pay to send the sweatshirt back, and reorder it, and PAY again to have it resent to me. This is an egregious waste of resources, time, and money. The business refuses to adjust the value and close out the gift card in attempt to money grab for higher sales. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
