literally my fav place for over 12 years now!…read more the smoothies are consistent and amazing and the staff is super helpful/ knowledgeable recently I thought I was coming down with something wasn't able to stop at home before a call and I told them my symptoms and they gave my a one time packet of magnesium and some type of probiotic. It calmed my stomach and the aches Within 15-20 mins Never fail to amaze me here! Bravo guys

No one said hello to me when I walked in despite there being no other customers. The man behind the desk watched me read the menu and served someone else who knew what they wanted. No problem. I said hello, how are you when I stepped up but he didn't respond, waiting to take my order. (No one behind me but I got the message this guy doesn't do small talk.) So, I ordered an Acai bowl and I'm pretty sure I paid $2.50 extra for peanut butter on the top. I asked if I could have the bowl to go to which he responded with an air of annoyance that all the plastic bowls have lids. "Do you have bags?" I asked. "I'm walking," I explained. "Yes we have bags but you have to ask us for them when your order is done because when we just give them people change their mind and stay." Ummmm ok there is no line, I already know I'm not staying cause this bad music is too loud and I'm not into night club decibel music at 9 am but cool cool cool. Acai bowl is ready in a few minutes and the lovely young woman asks if I want a bag. Yes please, I'm walking. Bye. I walk all the way home and open the bowl to realize I've been duped. I have paid $17.00 plus a small tip ( he was after all, rude) for a bowl of Acai. There is one blueberry, a few slices of banana, no shredded coconut to speak of, about a tablespoon of granola (I asked for half) and the worst offense of all- the most meager drizzle of peanut butter they should have just not bothered. I'm not even sure what else this was supposed to have in it because all I did was eat and taste Acai. And did I really pay extra for a teaspoon of peanut butter? I know the rent here must be insane but sheesh, how about serving a decent Acai bowl to justify the price. Put the ingredients advertised in it please. Thanks.

I am incredibly grateful to this store and, especially, to its wonderful owner. Not only is she…read morewarm and welcoming, but she is also exceptionally knowledgeable. I walked in barely able to stand because of severe pain, and she took the time to carefully explain which product would be the best fit for my situation. I followed her recommendation, and by the very next day I was standing upright and walking with significantly less pain. Three days later, I was completely pain-free. I can't thank her enough for her compassion, expertise, and genuine care. If you're looking for a business that truly puts its customers first, I wholeheartedly recommend this store.

I was at The Grove for Christmas shopping and decided to drive the 2 miles or so to this Santa Monica location. I was lucky to quickly find parking right outside the front entrance. A young man asked me how he could help. I explained who the person was, the key issues they're using CBD products. I then asked for their best product and he recommended the product featured in 4 of the posted photos on this review. A review of the manufacturer's website and you'll find they seem to use the highest possible quality products and it offers more than just CBD...CBA & other acronyms I don't recall. It is the most expensive one they had and lucky for me they. 30% sale going on. I bought three packages for my family member and they should be good for 3-6 months. Pure CBD has a frequent buyer program, a website and will ship across the US. I'm so glad I stopped.

Update review: I used to think that Whole Foods is a boutique market where things are overpriced…read more The more I come here, the more I am seeing the reasonable prices in their ready-to-eat, deli and cafe/smoothie bar. Now I am finding out for myself that it is just as any other market where in this economy, it benefits for me to research online for sales and weekly ads. One of things I realized is that I was sleeping on their coffee bar! This Whole Foods is surrounded by many restaurants, trending eateries and coffee shops that it is easy to overlook what Whole Foods can offer. The staff working at the coffee and juice bar are amazing! My current favorite is the berry chantilly iced latte. The honey latte and the brown sugar cookie latte are both very good but the berry chantilly is my current favorite. It is strong, not-too-sweet and well made for $5 and that is for a large. You can also have alternative milk like almond or oat at no extra charge! The deli and bakery are also great but I have been getting their pizza slices for an inexpensive lunch. Where nearby pizza spots are selling their slices for $7-$8 a slice (which I get why it is priced that way), Whole Foods has them at the self serve area for one slice at $4.50 or 2 for $8. I work near the area and though I love that I am in foodie heaven, sometimes I just need something a bit more simple and reasonably priced. Whole Foods pizza can be artisanal just as any other pizzerias. This week, they had elote pizza and it reminds me of the viral elote pizza that was invented by Rose City Pizza. It is pretty good and definitely closer to me than Covina.
