Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good"…read moreexperience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. Jonathan presented ideas for our kitchen remodel that were in keeping with what we desired, at a price that was very reasonable. The crew that performed was more than competent and, unlike the previous contractor, they showed up every day. The job was completed within the time-frame promised, and the quality of work was exceptional. Shimi, the project manager, was on top of everything and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed in every respect concerning the job. We had only planned to remodel the kitchen, but we were so pleased with everything, we decided to use Premiere to remodel the guest bath, half bath in garage, paint the entire house and garage, install crown molding in the den, replace tile on the front patio, and paint all doors, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Premiere Builders for any remodel, large or small.

The a/c was not part of the project but before they started the 16y/o system went out. I reached out to Shimi late Friday and he had people come out and assess the problem and it was replaced on Saturday. Amazing!!! The rest of the scheduled project was equally successful. They showed up when they were suppose to and Shimi was always available. I've never had such a positive experience with any contractor. Highly recommend Premier and Shimi.

This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

They have done flooring, trimwork, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, restoration and mold remediation, drywall, painting, steel-framed modular partitions, roofing, windows, custom doors and custom reception desks. They also helped us with some HVAC troubleshooting which we needed at one point. We have been working with Jonathan and the owner/ GC, Matt, they have always been informative, helpful, transparent, met our budget demands and time constraints. In situations that need to be quickly resolved they have been there to save the day. I will give a brief example, right before Hurricane Milton & Hurricane Helene came through, we had existing water leaks in a section of one of our schools that was leaking with regular rainfall. In less than one week's time Construction Corps were able to get their roofers out there to fully replace the flat roof which was done without a hitch and saved us from any storm damage. I would highly recommend Construction Corps for any of your construction needs, this is a business who cares about their clients and their quality of work, are consistent and do what they say they're going to do which is hard to find.

We hired this construction company for a garage-to-mother-in-law suite conversion as well as a…read morekitchen and living room renovation that included adding exterior walls. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to friends or family. Throughout the project, communication was a constant issue. We met with the company and spoke to the owner on more than one occasion specifically to address concerns. Despite those conversations, they continued making decisions without consulting us. While some decisions were consulted, there were many important ones such as changing the scope of the plumbing and adding a sump pump that was not agreed upon. There were also instances of incorrect work being completed. Even after the company admitted they were at fault, they refused to fully correct the issue unless we agreed to pay half the cost. Toward the end of the project, they attempted to include a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) inside an unnecessary change order which we refused to sign. They did not discuss that the NDA was in the change order and it was spotted upon review. During the final stage, they refused to complete agreed-upon work on the final punch list unless we agreed to leave a 5-star review. This resulted in one of the items on the punch list not being completed.  Overall, the project was stressful, communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and the company's business practices left us very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend them based on our experience.
