Once we got the appointment set up, e-mail communication worked great. On the day of the service, they were over an hour late after the time set up. This might not be a problem for return customers but for an initial customer, I usually do not like leaving my house open to people I do not know. Just like waiting for the cable guy, there's nothing worse than waiting for people at your house when there's other things that need to be done that day. Once they arrived though, these guys really did a good job. The voucher we bought only including one person for two hours. They actually came with a team of four people and stayed almost the entire two hours. We had them clean our kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and service. We have a flat top stove that had gunk built up from it which had been near impossible to remove. They were able to remove almost all of it. They even cleaned our toaster oven! Overall, they did a great job cleaning and were very friendly. I would definetely use them again.

Our counters went from crowded to spacious! They went above and beyond--pulling out the refrigerator and oven to clean the walls and floors underneath, cleaning the oven thoroughly, and tackling areas I hadn't even thought about.
