These are so great because they lay flat, which omits the uncomfortable feeling of driving with a clip on the back of your head. Brittany who was working at the store, was beyond friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service alone makes me want to go back to both Research and Design & Sunshine and Bluebirds. I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.
